Worst dining experience of our lives! Would NOT RECOMMEND. A group of 8 of us from out of town decided to stop here for a weekend brunch, which of course is going to take more time, but we decided to wait. They make you stand in line for about 30+ minutes without a list you can put your name on or anywhere to sit. Which sucks, but we could have lived with. They served our coffee boiling hot, and curdled the soy latte drink that 1 person ordered. When they tried to return it the barista said theres "no way to not curdle soy" and to just drink it anyways. Refused to accept it back. No one would seat us, and since everyone behind us in line took the tables we had to crowd 8 people around 2 small 2-person tables at either end of the restaurant. Of course once we were done eating they sat the group of people behind us and set some tables up for them. When we got our food they left an INCH-LONG METAL SHAVING sticking out of the potatoes! When we tried to return it the owner of the restaurant laughed in our faces, threw us a $10 bill out of the register (NOT a full refund for the meal) and said they wouldnt do anything about it. The drinks were boiling hot, the food was half cold, the service was beyond terrible and insulting. Id recommend finding another brunch spot.

Looking for some seriously good and seriously satisfying food?! Come to Honey Honey Cafe. They have quite possibly the most expansive menu I have seen. Everything from crepes, to omelets, to hot and cold cereal and even dinner (spaghetti, etc)! This would be a great place to recover from a hangover...hehe The service is quick and the food is lightning fast! I had the most amazing vegetarian friendly omelet and opted to get fruit instead of potatoes on the side. So refreshing. My boyfriend had a benedict and he practically licked the freakin plate. They have two kinds of fruit-flavored waters (orange and lemon), which were so super refreshing, and free! This place is a great escape from the ridiculous tourist-y priced places in the neighborhood and it wont be the last time that we come here! As we were leaving, I saw a poster on the window for $9 beer buckets (I think- 5 bottles to a bucket or something)...not too bad for happy hour! SIDE NOTE: The only down side to this place is it gets pretty hot in here...be prepared to peel off some of those layers...

Went on a Friday at 9.15am. When you enter, there is a sign that says wait to be seated. There is a line that everyone is queuing. I joined in anyway for a while to see what the system is. Anyway, you order over the counter, take a number and then pick you seats. All in all, 15-20 mins already passed. Fortunately, my food arrived within 10 mins of ordering. I had a 2+2+2 with the bacon and a latte. Latte was awful. Asked for tomato sauce and the lady just pointed to the side table (where the spare condiments are located). I was seated at a bar because I didnt want to take a 2 seater table as there are sill people in the queue. Most tables had condiments in it, except mine - hence my question, I didnt know where they were. Food was so so. Perhaps I ordered the wrong item. I think the savoury breakfast crepes would have been better. If you are reading this, I would suggest not paying the tips when ordering over the counter. Pay it later if they deserve it...there ate minimal service anyway.

This place had incredible food! I ordered an omelet and it was huge and cooked perfectly. They serve the freshest orange juice that is literally squeezed from a machine on the counter and you can watch it work, which I thought was neat. The other reviews were not kidding about getting here as early as possible, because the line goes out the door and around the corner if you dont. I got there around 8 a.m. and the line was already out to the front door. Totally worth the wait in my opinion though. I probably waited 15 -20 minutes in line, and another 15 minutes or so for the food to be brought out. Some advice for when you visit: know what you want to order before you get to the counter! They are so busy, there is no time to waste once youve made it to the front of the line. The employees are fast and efficient, and they run the place like a well-oiled machine. I will definitely be back!

Nice little place for breakfast and lunch near Union Square. They have a lot of crepe/breakfast and sandwich/salad choices and the food is very good. Lines can get long. They could use two people up front for sure (one on the register, one making drinks) so it can take a while to get your order placed and seated. Family and I had two different kinds of crepes and the breakfast burrito. All of it was very good. Crepe texture was spot on. Light and crispy edges. Toppings had excellent flavor. Burrito had flavorful chorizo, eggs and cheese. Now, why the 4/5 stars? Value for the money. I KNOW its San Francisco, I KNOW its the most expensive city in the country to live in, but....but.... $8 for one crepe......ahhh.....geez.....OK. Whew, I had to get that off my chest.

We came in with high hopes based on some decent yelp and Google reviews. We waited for about twenty minutes outside, but the real wait came after we had ordered at the counter and PAID for our food. Not unusual to see people that order after you served before you, but we inquired anyway. Four different staff told us they would check but never came back. Remember, weve already paid. Finally I go to the counter prepared to make a scene and finally get to speak to someone who appears to be in charge. He says "sorry" and says hell get our food out right away. Order came out wrong and was mediocre at best. They refused to refund our money. Absolutely horrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Was excited by the menu. The staff COMPLETELY RUINED IT. While sitting down we were stopped stating to try to find other seating in case. The gentleman who stopped us was assumably going to help us find said spot but instead ran off to the back while a different group of 4 took THE SAME SPOT. The owner gave out half our order to the group that sat down next to us 20 minutes AFTER we ordered. When even attempting to get his attention he stated Its coming out!..... Well its now been 15 mins, half the party is done eating. Bottom line: the wait is fine, Im willing to understand that for some places the wait is worth it, but the disorganization is an absolute killer

Very busy place for brunch on a Monday so we had high hopes going in. Ultimately ended up being a pretty average experience. The crepe I ordered was good, but nothing special and couldnt get elsewhere for cheaper. The sausage/eggs combo that my friends ordered was highly disappointing for the price and looked like something youd order at a cheap diner. The service was a little slow, but not extremely slow to the point of it being frustrating. The one redeeming factor is that at least the staff were very friendly. Based on the reviews both here and on other review sites (and the prices), we were expecting a lot more, but got a very middle of the pack experience instead.
