This place is TRASH. I sat in the drive they for 20 minutes the other day. There was no one in lobby so I thought it would be fast. I finally got to the window and the kid just stared at me. Everyone inside was talking and messing around. I got my food and had to ask for my drink. The drink was bad so I pulled into a stall and went inside. There was NO ONE at the counter. Trash on the floor. Filthy! A woman came in after me and said is anyone here? I said I dont think so and she pounded on the door and a guy came out and just stared at her. She was mad from sitting in a stall with no one coming out to help her. I finally asked for a new drink and he brought me the same thing again. It was still bad. He brought a different drink I didnt order so I asked him to change it again and he brought the SAME drink again. I finally just walked out and left the drink. Too my food and threw it away and went somewhere else. NEVER GOING BACK.

After surpassing the initial grand opening rush, Sonic is holding steady with its superior customer service. The employees say: Have a super Sonic day! and I think they mean it! Half price drinks during their happy hour (2-4 p.m.) are perfect for when I need a fix for my cherry limeade craving. Upon a recent visit, the limeade had been victim to flat carbonated water, but was quickly fixed upon request. Our service was prompt, friendly, and they even upgraded our drink size as an apology for the mistake. I enjoy places who put mayo on their burgers, Snickers on their waffle cone sundaes, and melted cheese on anything you ask. I will say I miss the soft, pellet ice of Sonics Ive loved before, but kudos to this drive-in who held on when the lines were crazy for people who really, really had a hankering for fast food.

The girl taking our order tonight was talking quietly and seemed like she was mumbling. We had to ask her a few times to repeat herself and when she finally spoke louder she seemed irritated that I was asking her to speak up. She put our order in the wrong way so we couldnt see it on our screen to see if it was right and she just blew us off when we stated that and told us our total and disconnected. As a result we got the wrong shake and couldnt correct it since we didnt know prior to it coming out. The one we got was good, but not what I wanted. The carhop, Mimi, was excellent though, very friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever. They got our order for two wrong 4 times. They didnt apologize we had to go in and remind them they still owed us parts of our order.. then they told us they had to take everything they did give us back. And then messed up the order again. The bus boy said sorry my mangers dont understand. Asia and Alma were the mangers during our visit and they didnt help or seem to care. We will not come here again it took us 45 mins from a drive through.they still didnt get our condiments right in the end and ran out of half of what we asked for. Who runs this place?

First time coming to this sonic and I have to say it was not a good experience, the roller girl was very unprofessional, I asked her for a straw and she looked at me as if I asked her a stupid question, she rolled her eyes and said "ookay" so I asked her if she felt that I asked her a stupid question and she continued to stare at me and then turned away and said if you want anything else just push the button. So thanks to your Roller girl KASSANDRA I and the 3 other people in the car will never come here again. Work on your customer service skills young lady.

Got stuck in the drive through for over a half an hour. Once in line, I couldnt get out. While I was stuck, I noticed that anyone who chose to walk in or choose the roller skate service, had their food in a fraction of the time. Once I was at the the pick-up window, I told them my approx wait time, in the most constructive manner I could. The server didnt care, & just said "Yeah, were busy." No sorry, no heres a coupon for a free (fill in blank), nothing. No need to be rude, dude. Just give me a reason to come back.

Asked for side of chili cheese fries. Received regular tots. No problem, told them they got order wrong and wanted chili cheese fries, received chili cheese tots...alright I can deal. Ask for 2 gravies 3 times, received one then had to ask for another which when received was a fourth of the cup full. Had to ask multiple times for BBQ sauce. I understand getting an order wrong ir forgetting a few items but it honestly just felt like they absolutely could not care less. 2/10 wouldnt try again.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Horrible service and super slow. We waited for 30 mins for some cheese sticks, cheddar peppers, a slushie and ice cream. We pushed the button for service and told the girl that wed been waiting for 30 mins and all she said was "either they are bringing it to you or they are preparing it! Its been 30 mins are you serious! So we waited for another 5mins or so and just left. Never going back.

Wow. The service here is so slow its nuts... There was only one car in the drive through ahead of me and I have been here 17 minutes. How does that happen? Im still sitting at the window confused and waiting. I wonder if it will take 20? edit: It took 22 minutes, she said they were having a rush for hot dogs at 9am as her excuse, AND they messed up my order. ARE YOU JOKING? She wasnt even polite about any of it. What a joke.

The service was great. We walked in, which I think was my first time ever being in the inside of a sonic. I usually will just use the drive-in. The place was nice and the servers on roller-skates come up to your table to see if you need anything else or if they can help in anyway. Overall the place was packed with cars and people yet the service and food were on point. I will come back to this location.

Fun place to eat most of their menus are beef-based so you have a whole bunch of burgers or whatever you can actually indulge in Sweet Tooth items such as milkshakes and malts. They also have a assorted variety of hot dogs too. This place is fun it tries to mimic a 1950s Drive-In with waiters and waitresses on roller skates that bring their food to you.

Before 10 a.m you can get a Route 44 (large, 44 ounces) drink for .99! Cant beat that for a gigantic iced tea to get you through the day. Other highlights include delicious grilled cheese sandwiches (classic style - white bread and american cheese) for $1.50 (all the time) and tater tots. Tater tots! Service is always quick and friendly.

I missed happy hour by eleven minutes which was completely my fault, but it just added to the disappointment when I received a medium watermelon Sprite instead of a medium watermelon limeade like I ordered. So I paid three fifty for a drink I didnt order and want, rather than the dollar seventy five I was ready to pay for the drink I love.
