Ordered a Flavourful, Tasty Delicious Big Smash Classic Burger, With added Applewood Smoked Bacon, and Without Onions or pickles, And an order of Sweet-Potatoe Fries. Got: A tasteless flab of soggy falling apart "meat", inside of a grease soaked orange sponge (the bun i guess?), a single piece of slightly (BUT not COMPLETELY) brown lettuce, and 2 flabby pieces of bacon that looked like they couldve used a couple extra seconds in the microwave, and an upset stomach. Oh and i almost forgot, The cup of sweet-potatoe fries i pulled out of the bag was less than half full, and swimming in grease. It was disgusting, and i was thoroughly dissapointed. We also ordered before 4 other couples/parties and all of those groups ordered and left with their food ahead of us.

Went there today wit my friends to grab burgers we were starving we waited like 5 minutes and the order was ready once I took a bite from it the meat was RAW on the inside of my burger and my friends !!! so we took it back they said they would replace the whole order so we said fine ...... 15 minutes later they bring us the new burgers and guess what ? it was RAW AGAIN it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen I went to the cashier and told him and he was looking at me like theres nothing wrong !! they didnt even offer to replace it or apologize !!! I asked for a refund and he was like oh well ok . I cant believe they serve raw meat to people that place should be inspected !! NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN

REALLY REALLY RUDE, and a horrible customer service. Asked for military discount before the young lady swiped my card. She said she cant refund it because it is end of order. Other guy came out, saying the same thing without trying anything. Assistant manager, Alex did not even come out and fix the situation. End up canceling the order. Horrible customer service. I did not even care about saving a few more cents. Its more about getting a bad customer services. I will never go to any of Smashburger chain restaurant again.

I arrived and waited 15 minutes to place my order. The cook in the back had to go find the guy to run the register. Afterwards I got some green tea which had obviously not been changed and tasted disgusting. The food was great however they could throw some more fries on here. It wasnt $13 good. This is the second time Ive gone to Smashburger. This is the second time Ive had the same experience (the other one was in downtown sd). Id rather go down the street to Bubbas Bbq.

I went to the smash burger and waited nearly 30 minutes just place my order all so I could wait for it to arrive fifteen minutes later. The staff was mostly incompetent and I was ultimately dissatisfied with the overall experience. It is disappointing that a few ill-trained employees made my experience so poor that I will never patronize this business ever again. The food itself was above average, but everything else ruined it to the point of no return.

Changed 1 star to 5 star!!!! I spoke with the manager and they DO most definitely accept phone orders! Not sure why the employee that answered the phone said otherwise maybe a new hire? Food Review: Really, really good! Dont forget to try the salads as they are just as good as the burgers and chicken sandwiches!! Old Review: Cannot order via phone...so instead of being convenient they make it so you dont want to order ANYTHING thanks for nothing

Very good food. Plus you cant beat the shakes made with the same ice cream as down the street but for $4 instead of $8 from the Haagendaz Shop. On the expensive side but nothing at all absurd, you can taste the quality ingredients. My visit had poor customer service as I felt kicked out by an unfriendly cashier but would still recommend, just dont go in 40 mins before closing ... apparently thats a bit too close to closing time to dine in.

The food is good, but that certainly doesnt make up for the very poor very slow service. Ive worked in the food service industry for 15 plus years, and Ive never had a restaurant be less concerned with serving their customers! Clearly the person managing this location dose not have the tools or concern to impart good customer service to their employees!

We order at 5:54 and got our food 40 minutes later. The manager was rude and not sympathetic towards us. She was in the ally way on her phone smoking later saying there was nothing she could do about it. This is the worst experience I have ever had at fast food.we went here because it would be fast but not this case with this place.

The food is always good at Smashburger. I love the fried pickles here and being able to create my own burger. This location is super clean and the staff was very friendly. Love that this is right in the village though so it offers a little different option to the many seafood restaurants in the area.

Niiice, I took the spicy jalapeno baja and was not disappointed: heaven in my mouth. I went there in the afternoon so obviously the place was pretty much empty and I got my food barely 5 minutes after I ordered it. But it is small so I would expect delays if one were to to go there at diner time.

I had the the avocado Club (chicken grilled) and it was prefect. Each ingredient was tastefully added and fresh. The service was just as good. Eager to help and bring me anything I need. Would recommend to anyone

I got a buffalo crispy chicken sandwhich and fries. Good size piece of chicken, your choice of toppings and sauces. ask for extra buffalo sauce if you like a lot. Looking forward to trying a burger next time.

Not a huge smashburger fan, but it seems thats just because all the other locations cant stand up to this one. Had the best burger in months and months here. Staff was super friendly as well.

It was ok, in and out is way better. I had the bbq bacon cheddar. 3 tiny strips of bacon on it... I would look for something else before i go back here. Expensive as well.

Love this place. I will recommend smashburger over burger lounge any day. Their burgers are just better and cheaper. The kids meal is the greatest deal too.
