Just came back from a dinner and drinks with some friends at The Office. The place was packed with people watching the women soccer. There was quite a few and nice screens all over the place. The volume was loud, so if you were here for a game thats great but if you were like us coming here for a chit chat (we didnt know there was a game) then too bad for you! Its a sports bar thats for sure. Coming here having drinks and watching the game would be fun. I had a pinot grigio and and the grilled chicken sandwich. The wine wasnt chilled enough and tasted cheap. As for the sandwich, the chicken piece was way too small for most of the part it felt I was eating a veggie sandwich. The chicken was a little dry and the sandwich wouldve definitely needed more aioli. Overall average food cheap wine but a good sporty atmosphere.

2016: edit. Service was horrible last time I ate here. Service had already been declining. Food prices are much higher & food quality dropped. Beer selection didnt match what was on hand. I dont go here anymore. Original review: 4 stars Standard bar food. Bit noisy. Good place for sports viewing. Nice crowd except very crowded on Th & F nites with 20 somethings trolling. Several of the staff are very nice and even remember our drink orders when entering the bar.

Very impressed with Randys attentive service and professionalism. He ensured that everything was to my liking and explained some items on the menu without being pushy. He was also kind enough to turn on the Bundesliga soccer match. My Cobb Salad was passable at best -- all the ingredients were spread out rather than mixed, which made for an awkward dish. Good atmosphere and popular with the local lunch crowd!

After-work drinks and dinner with friends. Instead of ordering entrees, we stuck to appetizers, which were great to split between 5 of us. Good beer selection and decent food. Sitting outside on the patio was very nice and didnt seem to noisy (granted, it was a Wednesday night). Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgable in the different beers they offered. Id definitely come back.

Casual spot for a couple of pints and a snack, with colleagues or friends. Other places might cater to this or that subset of my party, the Office is unobjectionable unless theyre wine snobs. :) Very good craft beer list, though sometimes the servers cant tell you much about it - "I dont drink beer" - mindboggling. Food is decent, but pretty standard pub grub.

Interesting place with indoor fire pits which make it quite unique. Good selection of beers on tap. Staff is great. Unfortunately the location is a bit away from Redwood. If you are walking there from Redwood City, make sure to stay on the west side of El Camino sice there is no sidewalk on the other side at some point.

Plenty of seating inside the bar and out on the patio. Good drink and food selection. Lots of TVs everywhere you go, so you cant miss on the action if youre moving around. Theres even a bocce ball court outside, as well. They do have a small parking lot, but theres plenty of parking along El Camino.

This place works if you want to watch sports with food and drinks. Also works if youre looking for a poppin dance club that doesnt smell absolutely terrible. Only lost a star because it doesnt seem to be as poppin as it once was, making it a risky choice of bar if youre looking for a view.

Awesome solid burgers. Got western burger (BBQ) and Sante Fe burger (spicy). Staff mixed up our patties, but still tasted great anyway. Excellent regular fries. Thin crispy and light. Garlic fries were light and fresh. Bar ambiance, tv screens, great place for happy hr.

Great cocktails, great food, actually fabulous food for any bar on the Peninsula. Also great prices and great place to watch sports. It does attract a lot of 50 to 60 year old rich people with too much money but the staff is super cool and more than make up for it.

One of the coolest sports bar in the area, great choice of small plates and huge list of beers on tap. They have multiple screens where you can follow your favourite sport. There is always a spot around the fire pits and the atmosphere is chill and cozy at night.

Great casual place with sports on TV, bocce ball on the side, and fire pits on the patio. I usually like their Cobb salad and the blue collar chips is a must try if youve never been there. They have brunch on the weekends and good cocktails anytime of day.

Good casual environment and lots of TVs with sports going on. Food is average at best. Great service. If I pay $12 for a hamburger my expectation is I get fresh meat - not a frozen patty like you get here. 4 star place with 2 star hamburgers.

Great bat food and beer selection. Cool porch with firepits. Parking available in lot, but limited. Bocce sounded fun but was closed for private event--wish I had known so I could have gone when it was available.

I like the off hours here. Its much too noisy and popular to be here when a local sports team is playing. The food is good, service is good. Its a place for large groups, thereby much louder than I care for.

I enjoyed my food, had two dishes. Nothing super special, though. This is a standard choice, all parties in your group will find something on the menu they like. My waitress was cute, always a +.

We ended up not staying because they shut down the kitchen early, compared to what the Google says. It should definitely be updated. The steward was still very nice and told us somewhere to eat.

Always want to enjoy The Office more than I do. Should be a great place to watch sports and have a drink but.....food is uneven and too many children to relax. In general, staff is friendly.

My favorite restaurant on earth. You can watch Giants games while the kids "play bocce ball" and you eat he BEST JALAPEÑO POPPERS ON THE PLANET. oh yeah, they also have like 40+ beers on tap.

Good food & drinks. Bartender (Krista) is the "Best". Love the happy hour, burgers with chips (not fries) & fish & chips. Also great for watching sports! Groovy baby!

From the owners of the 3 pigs and the Rustic House, this is the one that started it all. Great bar and decent food.
