Bay 223 is frou-frou French. A nice view of a suburban pond from the patio. Pompous and modern artsy. The best feature is wine flights -- several of them are pre-set, or you can devise your own (recommended). Clientele is 20- and 30-somethings on the make.

Liked the ambiance - was there for a birthday party, good choice to accommodate a group of people. The bites were just ok and the drinks were too sweet and overpriced.

Expensive with small portions. The only real reason to eat here is if youre staying at Sofitel and cant be bothered to go to San Carlos.
