I would rather visit the one in Moreno Valley, Ontario, or as far as Palm Desert than to ever come here again. Theres a manager here BFA, she will argue till she turns blue! I took my daughter for her birthday one day. I ordered my food and requested a difference sauce, which costed more but I was okay with paying the difference. Waiters didnt come by often to check up on us, kind of the norm for this location. When my food finally came I realized they didnt even follow my order, but I ate it anyway. Few bites in and I find a hair, I was instantly sick to my stomach, the hair was not straight and others at the table with me said it kind of looked like a pube. We call the waiter and show them, their reply, "so you dont want it?" ummm no, no I do not! They took the plate and we asked for a manager. She came and started acting like there was no hair to be found. Little did she know I took a photo of it. By then she really didnt have much to say. My sister straight up told her it looked like a pubic hair. Then someone else at the table said maybe it was a beard hair. Her response, "no one has a beard back there" seriously lady? That didnt help her case AT all. She comped my meal, that was it, not even an apology! A few months later I decided to just get takeout from this location. Picked up my order, tipped the waitress, and I was on my way. Got home and got a serving of noodles like that of a childs sized portion. Called them, asked for manager, sat on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I got SAME manager I dealt with before, I remembered her voice well. She of course argued with me and told me I could bring in my order and theyd make a new one and she made sure to tell me "it would be the same," that ALL plates have the same amount whether you dine in or take out. She argued with me more so I decided not to waste my time! Wish I would have gotten her name! But I didnt. Im really not even a difficult customer, in fact I try my best to avoid confrontation. This place is just ridiculous!

My husband and I went there last Sunday the wait was ok but the hostesses all of them need to be more friendly and welcoming they appeared to not want to be there then our server was horrible she rarely checked on us and she kept sending other employees to do her work which would have been ok seeing how they were busy but we also noticed there was another table she was very attentive too and personally taking care of I wish I would of remembered her name but thats how absent she was then she complained that she was "leaving to take a very short 30 min lunch" and did not introduce the new server. We waited for our food for about 45 mins then when i got mine it was over cooked and burned our original server then returned again not very attentive to us but defenitely to the other table that seemed to have been there before us and after us she kept bringing them food and drinks while we sat there waiting. When we were finally paying our bill we noticed she charged us for an additional plate we then again had to wait until she decided to walk by... not check on us my husband called her over and brought it to her attention she removed it and noticed we were paying all of a sudden she became the most sweet and concerned server uh ya no. No tip for her. Weve always liked this olive garden but have noticed after a few visits that it is going down hill this was the cherry on top we will not be returning any time soon.

We went to the restaurant with my and my husbands family to eat lunch. First, the hostess was very rude when we told her how many of us there were. Then, after the allotted time had gone by and we still hadnt gotten a table, my husband went to ask how much longer, and got a HUGE attitude from the hostess again saying that she had told us a different time and that we would just have to wait. *Note* There were almost no other guests waiting for a table, so what was the reason for being stressed out?? THEN while we were waiting at the bar for our table, the two bar tenders started messing around and throwing ice at each other (yes, you read that right) until finally a bunch of it hit my sister in law in the face. The bartenders didnt even apologize, just kind of laughed about it and handed her a napkin. When we were FINALLY showed to a table, it was in an alcove where no one could see us. We sat and waited for TWENTY MINUTES without anyone coming to ask us if we wanted drinks, not even WATER!!!! This was of course the last straw, so we all got up and left. The manager didnt even try to apologize for anything or fix anything! There was no WAY we were going to pay the mandatory 18% gratuity for a large group after being treated like that. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!

The food was yummy as also, hats off to the chef . Came here with my colleagues to have our annual holiday luncheon and gift exchange . I called in and a male supervisor allowed me to book the family room to ensure we have enough space to seat all 10 of us. Once we got there they argued that they have NEVER allowed reservations and that the room was being occupied. This was very disappointing and unprofessional on their part. However they found another space just as good for us. We seemed to have have two waitresses and they were both what seemed to be annoyed with us, their attitudes were so poor. Our table was piled up with dishes and water / other refreshments had not been refilled unless we flagged someone down. All in all I advised against any of our other colleges to come here for their celebration due to the hassle and poor customer service. I really wanted to write a good review because I know how much work it can be bussing a table of 10 but they did not do their jobs. To be clear the 3 stars are for the quality of our food, everyone was pleased with the taste.

To be honest the only reason i go to OG is for the unlimited soup and salad. The salad uses ice berg, red onion, black olives, croutons, tomatoes and pepperocinis. The vinegar and oil dressing is tangy and not at all overpowering. They also grind parmesan on it till "you say stop". I love the Toscana soup with sausage and potato and their pasta fagiole. Unending garlic bread sticks are delicious even if my Italian blood would be happier with more. Unfortunately, the pasta choices are less than good because of their red sauces. I realize they cant match my mother (aunt and grand mother) sauce full of flavor from fresh ingredients simmered with ripe tomatoes in a large pot from early am to evening but a place that claims to be an Italian restuarant should be better at sauce than a diner or any place that serves spaghetti as one of several menu items. OG is over americanized for my tastes. Thus three stars because the are average when it comes to their food... i would grant a 4.5 for the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks.
