I was there on the night of Dec 1 with a couple of friends for a guys night out. Dont get me wrong the we didnt wait forever like we usually do, we got our order within 12 minutes of placing it and our second waiter was very nice and quick with her service but before her we had another waiter who attended us. Before I ordered I asked the first waiter we had if tonight was the same as Tuesdays half off and she said yeah. When I got my receipt I noticed the price wasnt what I was expecting. So I ask the waiter what happened to the half off and she told no we dont have half off we have. 65 cent wings tonight. I explained to her what our first waiter told us and she said no we dont do that, thats your total thats what you have to pay. I go back to the table and I do the math on my phone calculator with the tax shown on the receipt and sides and the total was $9 off. So I ask to go speak to a manager about the price difference and the person I asked happened to be the manager. I explained to him what had happened and that I was upset that now Im paying a hugely different price of what I was told originally then again when I was told the different price of the 65 cent wings. The entire time I was explaining to the manager what the issue was he would let out small bursts of laughs and smiled the entire time and told me no thats the correct price and thats what you have to pay. I was upset for being lied to twice and he didnt even offer to comp anything not even my soda. But forget the money I ended up reluctantly paying my bill but what upset me the most was not once did the manager apologize to me for the inconvenience. I will definitely never come here again for the poorest management skills Ive seen in a manager in my time spent working in the food field.

I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location was so terrible I wanted to walk out when I first arrived but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went today 3/6/16 around 12pm When I walked threw the door the wooden benches were so dirty with dirt,food,and dust... are hostess that was setting us was not welcoming nor she looked like she even liked her job, and she was coughing in her hands and touching the tables afterward. Are waitress didnt seem like she enjoyed her job just like the hostess, no smile, no nothing. The table was kinda sticky, the sit was so filthy with food and junk, it was disgusting, chicken in the sit Crack and on the floor. So we ordered and got our food from a guy that Im guessing was a cook and a girl with tattoos on her neck, they was very nice and didnt reach over the table and the food. Are waitress didnt come around often, she took forever to ask if we are doing ok, did we need anything, she took forever for us to ask for the check and then she didnt come back so I could give her the money. I was very disappointed because I didnt want to believe this Buffalo was that bad... If maybe everyone put a smile on and act like they liked their job, maybe it would of been better.. and clean.. and customer service. Also did I mention there was really not much people there, so it wasnt liked they was slammed. .

I wish this place wasnt on the decline. But here I am writing a review for a place I used to enjoy. It about 2pm on a Sunday. Its not busy here at all and my service is terible. I ordered fried pickles to start and they never came. My BBWS bloody marry was a joke. The picture in the ad doesnt match what I got. The pickles and olives were just tossed in with no tooth pick and the glass was a bit smaller than expected and it was 95% ice and only tasted like clamato. The wings were ok at best the quality just isnt what it was and I didnt want to believe friends or family when they started talking bad about the BWW in the last couple years. But the truth caught up with me. The server has only checked on us once and that was to confirm that the wings werent ordered after all. No table touches before or after. And only one refill from a girl I flagged down. Im eating spicy wings over here. Come on bww get it together. Big Als is way in Ontario and I should have drove over there.

For starters, our waitress had no personality and was not as attentive. I love great customer service!! Personally, an outgoing personality and customer skills are needed (here and any restaurant). Secondly, we ordered a Dos-A-Rita (Dos Equis/Margarita) and both drinks were too bland/watered down or something because they tasted nothing like a Dos-A-Rita. Thirdly, after having returned our drinks, my Modelo tasted bitter (as if the bottle had been cold, room temp, then back in fridge to recool...drank it anyway). Fourthly, ranch dip is not included with order of wings. So on top of your order, they charge $0.60 for each ranch dip requested (at least throw in one ranch with the order people!). Weve never been charged at any other BWW. Lastly, some of the wings were crunchy. No one ordered chicharrones!

I always get my food hot and its ready for me to go. Reason why I give it 1 stars is because I come basically every Thursday for the boneless deal. Order the same thing with the same waitress "Alexis" and some how they ALWAYS charge me for wings with bones or wings with mango sauce on it. Im HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO MANGOS! WHY WOULD I ORDER IT? Heard Alexis and her co worker Tiffany laughing like its a joke that they switched my order! I asked for the manager and no 1 came out! My orders are super easy 1 large order of boneless spicy garlic and 1 large order of boneless lemon pepper. Not only that but they charge you $1.50 for a small thing of ranch! Ive never been charged for ranch at any other buffalo wild wings and if I do its never that much for 1 ranch container. Why cant buffalo wild wings hire better people?

The server was great! But we have gone to this location many time for eating in and take out. We have had a problem EVERY TIME!! cold wings, slow service, the wrong type of wings, not the right sauce, not enough sauce, you name it, its a problem here. Any time we have brought up an issue to management their only "solution" is to offer us a free small wing. They do not acknowledge that there is even a problem, they just say "oh ok well I can give you a free small wing next time you come in" this is the epitome of horrible costumer service. I have been in the costumer service industry for over 10 years and I will never return this location. Moreno Valley location is a bit further for me but I will gladly take the extra time to drive there for better costumer service.

The wait was ok but when we got seated at our table we waited for a waiter like an hour then we got our food like 2 dam hours later this place really sucks worst place to spend money I dont think I am never going to return here agin the Manager has to put them on check. If u have short temper dont even step foot here there are people that are loud asf the waiters dont even control them like some guy Sitting behind me he was like literally screaming in my ear just so his frend can hear him I think while he was screaming I got a peace of chicken in my ear and it smelled like straight up ASS and all kinds of breaths up in there Buffalo rings and wings is way better there service is amazing you get your food fast and hot and it is cheaper
