i was ordered the new epic carne asada burrito!! however when i took a bite it unfolded because its big. then i noticed that i got a ridiculously small amount of meat so i knew that was an immediate red flag. so i took it to the counter to get a refund when i realized how firm the got with me. so i brought up the point that the picture on menu above says "3X" the asada to the old lady and she told me it comes with one scoop but i told her that a "taco al carbon" that i bought way back had literally the same amount of meat. it was literally a rice burrito no lie. so that didnt matter i knew it which is why i refuse to eat it and requested my money back. shame that it wasnt given a visual inspection before sending it out because if you visit within this week youll see the picture of the epic carne asada having 2/3 of meat and 1/3 rice beans pico which show why its has to be beefy!!! 1 star all the way for wasting my time refunding my money not knowing how to refund money back.

I orderd a number 1# turkey tacos French fries and a drink the tacos were crisp and filed with great amount of meat and cheese and not too much salad shells were fresh not stale but the French fries were soggy and greasy if they would have cooked them longer i world have given them 5 stars my drink was also filled as requested i hope that they can make the fries crispier and Ill be back to try them.

Literally I went about 10pm Monday night on Mar 20th or 21rst waited for like 15min for a small order got in my car and took off with the food just to find out on the way to work that all 4 chicken rollers were ice cold and burrito was cold. I thought forsure I was going to get sick but had no choice but to eat them because I was working a 12 hr shift that day. I never got sick but totally lame sevice.

Friday July 14, 2017 i sat in drive through for 15 minutes at noon. and the line DID NOT MOVE! Went inside...they had no customers inside. and workers are lazy barely working! Pathetic! I wouldnt even trust eating here. They probably spit in food because they hate there jobs so much!

Always a long line in thd drive thru Go inside and they walk past you as if you are not standing there. Watched the manager walk straight in from out side put her purse on the counter never washed her hands put on gloves and started touching food .

The place was dirty there were bugs in the soda lids and flies all over. The service was ok. Long wait for our order. Del taco is usually consistently good but this one was disappointing.

My visit was fast and the employee was very nice but this location completely lost my respect when I only get 3 ketchup with a large fry and del double. Thats Y its 1 ☆ from me!
