Where do i start? I waited half an hour to be seated, which is expected on a busy saturday night. It was 9:10 pm when we reached our table, it was just a party of 2. It took our waiter a little over 5 mins to come back and take our drink order. I ordered a soft drink and my gf ordered a long island tea. Usually the soft drink comes out right away and the alcohol comes out like 5-15 mins after. Not this time, my soft drink came out with the alcohol about 15 mins after. Waitress then proceeds to take our orders, we both put our 1st order in for the unlimited appetizers. It takes about 25 mins for us to get our food, this whole time silverware wasnt even brought to us, it wasnt until after we finished our apps. Then the waitress comes by and ask what apps we went for our second round, she dissapears and comes back 10 mins later asking what it was we ordered again, and if we also wanted to place an order for the 3rd round of apps. So we proceeded to do that. And while we wait some more to get just our 2nd round of apps, we were never brought refills or even asked if we were fine. Meanwhile everyone seated around us that arrived after us had already received their entire meal. So now its about an hr that we have been there, and only 1 round of apps have been brought out. Our waitress comes by and tells us that our order should be out any minute now, and asked if we wanted to place an order for more apps. Thats when we lose it. Why would we place another order of apps in, when the last 2 rounds havent even been brought out. We asked her what happened to our food, and she goes on to say that theyre really busy, but everyone else around us is getting their food, why not us? We politely ask to just pay for our drinks, she said ok so we just left cash on the table and as we were leaving, here comes a server with our 2 rounds of apps. This waitress didnt even let him know that we had canceled our order! That lady provided horrible service, what a joke! I would provide you with her name but, she failed to even tell us that. Overall horrible experience, and a waste of time! We should of just gone to the chilis across the street.

Was pretty disappointed with my last visit here. I had very fond memories of eating here with my family. The last visit, my friend and I had ordered the "loaded" potato skins, and I wish I had a picture of it to upload but I forgot to take one. They were the saddest appetizer I have ever seen. They honestly seemed like somehing I could have bought from my location grocery store, warmed it up and then plated it and served it to someone in the restaurant. They barely had any toppings on them and the skins were just that, all skin, no potato! My main course was pretty good, however. I ordered the steak medium done and it was cooked perfectly. The drinks, which honestly I dont remember which cocktails I ordered, my visit was quite a while ago, were very tasty, not too boozy, not too sweet. I would return, but I would just have to steer clear of the potato skins. Out waiter was excellent, he was very attentive to our needs at the table and was quick to respond to any requests we had. The way he mentioned the payment system on the little table top kiosk was a little awkward, it almost seemed as if he didnt want to be bothered with us asking for the check, but it probably slipped his mind as he most likely mentions it to a lot of his guests.

I was surprised by the menu and looked forward to my first time at tgif. Went to the SanBernardino, Hospitality Lane restaurant. Ordered the rib eye with lobster. I was a bit taken aback by the prices in such a place but mean. OMG!! The steak looked like they boiled it then threw on the grill to get the char effect and you could see the lobster was dry without even trying it. The rib eye was the WORST I have EVER had and yes the lobster was dry and tasteless. The caesar dressing was so overpowered with lemon thats all you could taste and although friendly, the service was all over the place. I normally just wont return to a restaurant and leave it at that but this was one of the worst food experiences EVER. My companions chicken, was dry looked and tasted like pressed particalboard! Really people!!! Dont pay such ridiculous prices for such @#$. I would not have thought that a place like Spunkey Steer could out do 200 times over and 1/2 the price of TGI Fridays. :/

BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my moms car window was broken last night at 1:30am (06/08/2017). They werent happy about us to come late for eating at 12:30am. The manager and waitress kept asking us to go because the kitchen was close, but we drove 45 minutes from our home to the Fridays restaurant for trying the RIBS, we cant go back to our home with nothing. The Fridays restaurant is closed at 2am, why the heck they dont want to accepted us. When they accepted us and we ordered the food, but they put all the foods into the BOX (and saying it was a mistake, and ask us about do we want to put that into the dish), but we were really hungry how the heck we can go back to our home 45 minutes and eat that !. We ordered the FULL SIZE RIBs, but they only GAVE us the HALF SIZE RIBS and charged us as the FULL SIZE RIBS (not follow the promotion). After we complained about that, they gave us $10 discount off because of that. When we came out our cars window was broken.

We like the food here its different. But the kitchen more often than not lets you down. Weve been coming here for 25 years. Like to day I got a steak n baked potato. Potato was Luke warm. Our appetizer was pot stickers. They came 2 minutes before our food. They were cold in the center and a bit soggy. My wives turkey burger was black on one side. It took twenty minutes for a new burger and potato. After endless apologies from the server what can you do. This is just one of many poor visits to a good restaurant that we still like. Weve tried on and off over the years to see if the general problem has been fixed . Just cross our fingers for our next visit.

It was our very first time coming here cuz we got a gift card for x-mas and I can say food was ok but not worth what we paid for, me and my husband had the cajun marinata chicken and shrimp on fettuccine alfredo pasta. We paid 13.99 for each plate but only got like 5 little shrimp and like 5 pieces of chicken the rest was all pasta (alot), my son got the half rack of baby ribs and paid 15.49 for the plate for 6 bones that had hardly any meat on them and fries and the meat was dry. We would probably not come to eat here again but then again we might just so we can try different plates
