Horrible... My mother and I came to try this place out as we had an award ceremony around the corner later that evening. We decided to sit outside since the volume of country rock music is DEAFENINGLY loud (to the point where one has to shout to even have a conversation) where our server, Bri, proceeded to say "welcome ladies" (which I am not, just a man with longer hair) but that was the LEAST of her mistakes. We got our drinks, placed our order, and then after about 10-15 minutes MY order came out by itself and brought to me by a different server. It wasnt how I ordered it (I had asked for my tomato mayo for my Avocado smash burger on the side, instead it was the avocado on the side) and proceeded to wait around 15 mins for my Mothers sampler appetizer to arrive. Neither Bri, or the food was making an appearance, so I calmly walked to the hostess stand to alert them of what was going on. Bri then comes out to check on us, and when I tell her we are still waiting for my Moms order, she very rudely says "Why?" As though I would have that answer. She then comes back two mins later with a totally bogus excuse that somehow the back made it wrong and it didnt come out, and they would NOW start a new one. As both my Mother and I have worked in the food service industry we knew this was a LIE, she had never placed that order. The reason being is that this restaurant would rather have the physical attributes of an employee be featured than any actual brain function. We paid our bill (for what we GOT) and left her $1. I will NEVER be back. They are lucky we even paid at all.

Poorly trained staff and overall bad experience. Waitress wouldnt provide refills unless asked, forgot multiple items that we had requested and would be gone 10-15 minutes at a time. The food was just okay even for a sports bar and my boyfriends burger wasnt cooked all the way through. Not to mention the hour it took to get our food. The experience seemed to be shared across each of the tables next to us as we saw multiple plates go back, manager intervention and even one couple who walked out after 15 minutes of non-service. On one side of us there was a complaint about the food. The burger looked completely raw, definitely worse off than my boyfriends. After the party left the burger sat there for an additional 20 minutes. It was disgusting to see. On the other side of us a party of 8 want able to track down their waitress. The gentleman ended up raising his hand for service. Multiple waitresses walked by without acknowledging him. The service was a complete joke and it is apparent the staff is not trained properly to handle the volume of customers. The only two things that this place has going for them is their amazing TV and the cold beers. They definitely have their work cut out for them if they want to survive.

Beer is good like really good but food and service not that great. Food is nothing special about it service is slow. We went there a few times food always takes a long time to come out. I need to edit my review. After visiting this place a few times we will never ever go back again. Worst customer service ever especially the manager Don. Rude and doesnt give a damn about what his patrons thinks. We were enjoying our night on a slow day after Christmas. We have a large party because we were celebrating a friends birthday so we didnt know how many people would come. We ended up being 10 on a table of 8. He came up and said too many people cant do that. He didnt even try to find a solution put us on a larger table so all can enjoy. All he said is next time you guys need two tables. Like seriously the restaurant wasnt crowded we were not loud and he had the guts to come say that to the waitresses in front of us. Guess what we left to another place. Thanks Don we will never ever come back.

i figured you wanted to be the upscale hooters, just having decent wait staff, is not going to cut it, the food has to be good too, first no veggie options, except sides, hope your Marketing people did some research, you are in California, some people choose not to eat meat, heck you can buy a box of morning star veggie patties for burgers at a local supermarket $4.00 or less, and charge $11 bucks for the burger. There were 12 of us who visited yesterday off which 2 were vegetarians, we ordered sides, mashed potatoes well it was one big chunk kinda like it just came out of the freezer, the carrots peas potatoes side, waaay too salty. Frankly it was not a very good experience, yes on the plus the queso and chips were great.

WOW! This place is freaking AMAZING! Best sports bar I have ever been to by far!!!! We had the grilled and smoked wings with a bunch of different sauces and they were the BOMB! Best wings ever! Killer beer selection and the beers were ice ice cold! All the food was fantastic, not your typical sports bar food. The service was on point! And you cant forgot the beautiful girls everywhere! Great selection on drinks, beers, and food. They even have a man cave! Huge TVs everywhere! Its just such a killer environment. So awesome! This will be my go to spot for all the games, events, lunch, and even to have a good dinner! Twin Peaks is where its at yall!!

I set down at the bar and checked out the vast beer menu. Several sounded good, so I asked the waitress for a few tastes and she was more than happy to oblige. That was nice. I ended up ordering a stout and it was served Ice Cold as advertised. The coldness was really refreshing given how hot it has been recently. In addition to the beer, I also ordered some fried pickles, cause I love fried pickles and order them everywhere. These werent the best Ive ever had, but they were pretty good. Id probably call them a little above average, and they came with a tasty dipping option. Id return here and try some more food if Im nearby again.

We came here for lunch on a Thursday. Great selection of sports being showed on their hundreds of TVs. Ordered the Hangover burger was good still juicy and had good flavor. But the burger was not medium it was well done.. small thing but hopefully they get this nailed down. Now the waitress we had needed some help... one of the items that was ordered was the buffalo chicken salad. Unfortunately this was a little too spicy for the person who ordered it. Instead of simply taking the item back the waitress decided to explain that buffalo chicken is spicy with an attitude. Hopefully this isnt how the rest of the staff will be.

Food was a bit salty for my palette. Thought it would be similar to hooters, but it is quite a different vibe. Have heard so much about the place but it was a slight disappointment. Food was okay and nothing really stood out besides the saltiness. It seems more like a place for guys to hang out and chill with their bros. if you enjoy the ruggedness and man cave vibes, then this place is definitely the spot for you. Would probably pay another visit later on to see if its improved, but as for right now, its similar to a lot of other restaurants in its category.
