Long over due review, came around April/May. The server "Mariah" was just honestly terrible.. she had just a few tables, and rarely came in to check on them. When she did, she checked on every one elses table and skipped ours, not even bothering to look at our table, which made us feel discriminated. Disrepectful much. Im not sure if its because we only ordered one plate and decided to share it between two ppl, but regardless she should not be discriminating how well she serves tables due to the bill total. When we asked for a refill for our soda, she literally took 15 if not more minutes just to bring a refill? Cmon girl...we had to ask another server "Julie" and sure enough she brought a refill in no time. When we left she didnt even thank us or anything.. if you want a GREAT server, ask for Julie! Shes attentive and very friendly (:

We havent been to this place in awhile and now i rememer why.... the food is great, the service is great, but if you go to the bar... get shots or beer because the mixed drinks are terrible, there is almost no liqour in them, i got 1 margarita and 2 long islands... nothing not even a hint of a buzz, my gf also had 2 margaritas and she usually has one because she is a lightweight. She said she felt a slight buzz for a minute. When ppl pay 40 bucks for drinks and a total of 3 shots between them, its a rip off, thats why i will drive double the distance to ON THE BORDER, where the food and service is just as good but drinks are made properly... i beleive its the management that has staff skimp on liqour not the bartenders.

The waitress was great very professional friendly and helpful. her name was Mirabella .. After waiting over 30 minutes, the food was awful, my steak was overcooked dry and did not look appealing. My fries were also overcooked, had salt on them, after i asked for no salt and cold. My waitress took it back and the manager offered 20% discount off ny steak and could have it to go if took too long. Are you serious I wanted to eat with my dinner companions not alone nor did i want a take out order. I usually go to Fairfield location and never have i had such a bad experience

Yum yum yum yum yum... after being here about 20 times in 3 years I can say more. Great prime rib, I order it medium rarerer... I did say rarerer. Yum yum Yum yum yum. Whole family enjoyed it so much, they were passing out with full bellies and plenty of leftovers. Made me so happy to see them so satisfied. The Sam Adams and 22oz Lagunitas did add to the charm. Cant wait to go again. Wife will "thank you" when you get home. Yum yum yum yum yum. Comfort food coma galore.

First time visit. Surprisingly great food. Great service staff. My friends Porterhouse was way too salty for my taste but she didnt seem to mind. Unfortunately, the dining experience for me was ruined by an ever-present odor. It was like a wet, mildew smell. Either our table, the floor, or the nearly bar was wiped with a bad towel or mop and it ruined my appetite. Also, if you or a family member have food allergies, be warned. There are peanut shells on the floor.

The customer service was grsat. Its that I called ahead because of the weekend. I still waited 30 minutes before I was seated. Then I forgot my phone after my meal to found out that the bus boy cleared the table with my phone in there water filled basket. I asked them if I left a frank sitting on the table if it would be noticed. Well that was multiple Franks to replace it. It should have been handled in a more professional manor. I will not return to that location.

Would probably give 2.5*, but feeling generous and grace 3. Food is OK. Service can suck. Have been their several times and same thing every time. Steaks look great. Asked for one particular steak in the glass case. They didnt give us that one. WTF?! Waiter was a little strange. I know they try to chat it up to increase tips, but I worked every part of a restaurant and would not discuss/do some of the things this guy did. Chili wasnt good this time, either.

A great place for some great steaks. Depending on the time of day, it can get REALLY packed. It is definitely recommended to call ahead just in case. Service can be a little bit spotty, especially if they are overwhelmed, but overall a great place to enjoy sometime with friends or family. Probably the best service you can get in the house is at the bar. Its all open seating so you dont have to wait to get a spot if one is open.

Never had a bad time here. From the mountains of peanuts to those darn rolls they push on you its all great(so deadly good). Seriously, they feed you non stop it seems. Unlike a place like Mimis Cafe that hoards thier bread. I eat here every couple of months and its always been great. Except those chicken fritter things, theyre awful. Every cut of steak has been good, As-is with none of that topping nonsense. Bleh.

The sirloin steak was surprisingly delicious! The baked potato side was small but tasty. The cactus bloomer (aka onion blossom) was so good! Minus one star for having to track down our waitress 3x to remind her to get our check and to go box. She seemed quite distracted with another table or disappeared for awhile. We had to ask the seaters to help us after our waitress continued to be MIA.

The customer service at this location always seems to be on the low end here. Coming from the Modesto location to this one, its hard to find a good reason to visit this location. There are honest to god good servers and bartenders here, but management seems to have created a apathetic culture among the staff. Skip this one if possible and look at another location or a different chain.

Love Texas roadhouse in general, love their ribeye and bread, but avoid this location like the plague, waited almost 2.5 hrs, ended up being split into 3 separate tables, barely able to talk with our family who was there to celebrate 50th birthday of our mom. Rude service, unapologetic management, would never come back here again. If you want to celebrate an occasion, skip this place!

We ordered the 16oz Sirloin and the Road Kill. The Sirloin was delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned in a hungry mans portion. Sadly, the road kill was the opposite. It was just salty ground beef topped with mushrooms and onions in a messy combination. The place has a friendly country vibe and the servers are more than happy to guide you in making a selection.

It isnt often you find a place with amazing food and excellent customer service at a reasonable price. We live in Stockton and the drive is always worth it. Darius is awesome as well as hilarious. If you have a chance to sit in his section you will not be disappointed. Im not a sweet potato fan, but my fiancé says their loaded sweet potato is to die for.
