Im of the mind that food service should have no issues in understanding the customers needs. My girlfriend has shellfish allergies and I can never get a straight answer out of these people. The staff also tends to talk about their customers mistakenly believing that only people from Asia understand Mandarin/Cantonese or body language. Foolish ones..

Good cheap food, except seafood. but not that great, i got a sukiyaki bowl, with no sauce on top, i got it on the side, and it was not good, it tasted vinegary. And the rice was dry.I am willing to try it again though. Very few people, youd think it was closed. The people were nice too.

Poor customer service, cold food. And yes they do talk about their customers rudely!! I thought about cussing out those SOBs in Vietnamese and let them see how that feel to not know the language!! Don t go there anymore and have told all my friends too, who dont go there anymore either!

Im not sure how to spell the name of the dish, but I have gone there several times and have gotten raw steamed shui mai, which is made from ground pork and often has shrimp inside. Pretty disappointing and I have not been back since the third time this happened.

Good food, responsive staff. Really beautiful building, inside and out. They can support really large groups and take party reservations that can support over 100 people. Theyre good for weddings and other large special occasions.

Hit and miss-more so the service than the food. Generally speaking, the food is good tasting and its possible to get a lot for your money. If you have a pretty thick skin, its the best Chinese place within a reasonable distance.

Slow, confused service. Waiter had to consult two others to figure out where orders go. Dim sum prices are way higher than other restaurants. Used to be much better and faster.
