I went in yesturday morning and order a Torta one fish taco and Aguachile......i tought the food was going to be good and what a Disapointment. I Literaly waited ONE HOUR for 3 items i ask the cashier how long was it going to take because it order to go and she said 30min. I came back and all the pple who order after me had gotter their order including the pple who wore bearly ordering when i went back tto Pick up my food got theirs first. I was really patient and tryd not to get irritated by the employes their but they wore just taking too long. After an HOUR i got my order and i was still missing the fish taco i ask for my money back and only took the aguachile that I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE BETTER but it tasted like caldo de pepino. Servers rude dint even apolagize for the wait or anything. I work in the food industry and they should be more carring about your coustoomers.

Im giving it 3 stars for 2 reasons I think are important. The service & the price. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk in and possibly be seated during busy hours. For the lack of services, I knock off a star. Secondly, the prices are a little over the top. Dont get me wrong, the food is really really good! I come and eat here all the time, but it really feels too pricey from what they are selling. The place is nice to eat, has an AC to keep the place cool. Lots of seafood to eat and very clean. But again, my main reasons is the price and service of this place. I feel like it can be improved upon because it can be. So I hope that they can over look their business some.

Pesimo servicio. Aparte no hay Ni donde sentarte si bas con familia de mas de 5 personas y ya que te acomodan donde sentarte te poner en las mesas todas chuecas que si comes tienes que estar cuidando tu comida para que no SE te balla a resbalar.

It was the worst service I ever had. The 1st time i went there I ordered a shrimp tostada. They gave me plain shrimp with no sauce on a tostada shell. I didnt know till i got home. The next time i waited 40 minutes for a compechana and tostada. After I complained about other people getting there order before me, then I saw the cashier give my order to the cook. They wont get my service again! Ill find another Mariscos in Stockton.

Maybe is understaffed or manager is incompetent. There is no busboy to clean tables and pick up after. Boxes are on the customer area instead of the working area. Some lights arent working. One door its been left out letting flies in. Food is great, but i waited half hour to get my order. In short, Ill be keeping buying here, but only a take out, i wont eat in here. Door says open at 9:30am, it is still closed at 10:00 am.

Their food looks good but the only thing that sucks is that nobody speaks English and all their menus are in Spanish only so I wasnt able to order anything besides rice because its easy to ask for I wish they would put everything in English so that we can understand what were trying to order not understanding why theres nothing in English

Malo,malo,malo...malísimo servicio espero 1 hora por dos cocktail de camarones y los preparan 2 min. Necesitan rapidez y recibir al cliente con una sonrisa .

Okay food but horrible customer service .... if you dont speak Spanish dont bother coming ... the lady does NOT care for service if you order in English. She was very short and rude ... couldnt really order since after every order I placed she stated the price and wanted me to hurry when no one else was there!

This is the 2nd time in a row that I order something and 30 minutes later they come and ask what did I order. Terrible service. I dont know if it is just me or if it is systematic. The food is decent, but the service and organization is awful. I for sure will never set foot back there again.

Not returning. Its not a busy sunday and I waited at the counter for several minutes. When the lady finally came out, she just stood there and looked at us. Not even a "how can I help you?" Or a "what would you like to order" their shrimp tostadas may taste good but their service sucks!

Great food, bad service. Ive waited more than 40 minutes for a simple order. On top of that, having to litsing to the awful music just kills my hunger from anger. Im just vexed on the fact that someone can move so slow and skip orders. Not to mention, kind of over priced.

When Im in the mood for campenchana this is the go to spot in Stockton. Good sized portion and fresh seafood. Very authentic. Limited English spoken. Fair price.
