Ok, whats the old adage? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me? I shouldnt have been dumb enough to go back AGAIN, but yet again, I ended up walking out before my meal came. Not for lack of WAITING thats for sure, I mean when you show at at 7:30pm to a half full restaurant, you expect to eat relatively soon right? Ok, so the wairess gave us PLENTY of time to decide what we wanted, about 15 minutes from when we walked in we got to order our DRINKS, but by then we knew what we wanted so we ordered our entrees as well, the cheese fries came out about 15 minutes later, ok, so were already here for 30 minutes and we finally get our appetizer, but wait, wheres the drinks? shouldnt soda fountains work faster than a sous chef? I had to flag down a different waitress to get our drinks, oddly for the next 10 minutes our waitress was VERY attentive, asking at least 6 times if there was anything we needed.... ok, ignore us, then bug the hell out of us, yeah, shes winning points.... then she VANISHED *POOF* Gone man, gone! We didnt see her for another 30 minutes, even after flagging down another waitress and asking the hostess where our waitress was, ok, so now an hour and some change in, we got 2 sodas and some cheese fries, its 8:45pm by now, and Im REALLY hungry, cant get my waitress to even drop the check much less my food. So twice now, Ive walked out of this same Outback, there wont be a third time I got my meal in less than 10 minutes from when I walked into Chevys down the street, least I ate.

My grandson (age 15) and I stopped in for a meal on Saturday, December 12 about 2:30 in the afternoon. We were famished and were okay with being seated in the bar instead of the dining area, That was a first for me. It was drafty and chilly, so when the waitress asked if we would like something to drink, I ordered hot tea. We waited a bit and when she brought the bread out she brought a cup of tea with a spoon inside the cup. I thought it an odd way of serving, but was busy talking when my grandson said, "Ewwww whats that floating in the cup?" There were white chunks like cottage cheese floating on top of the water. I lifted the soup sized spoon and it had white stuff on it. We both no longer wanted to eat at the Outback! I am grateful the greeter chose to seat us in the bar since it is well lighted. Had I been in the normal dining area, we might not have seen the unclean water. Think I would have been sick on the spot. Im still puzzled at how a waitress could be so careless. The quality of food has diminished somewhat, but I never thought food safety was an issue at this particular restaurant. Watch what you are served!!! We got up and left, by the way.

Ill never make the mistake of eating here again. I ordered my food for take away. I ordered an appetizer and a steak dinner. I was told my dinner came with 2 sides, yet for some reason they felt they had the right to CHARGE me an ADDITIONAL 2.99 for 1 of my 2 "included" sides. I didnt notice this until around 11:00pm so didnt even try to call them until the next day. At which point the "manager" told me If I wanted to spend MORE than 3 dollars on gas to DRIVE BACK UP THERE he would refund me the 2.99. This has become THIS locations (if not all outbacks) idea of "customer service" Charge EXTRA for INCLUDED items. Then expect people to be happy with the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM they can do to "make it right". All of that and the food was AVERAGE at BEST. My steak was supposed to be med well. the edges (of a FILET) were dry and well and the middle was med AT BEST. The ONLY positive part of my experience was the waitress that brought me my food was cute. A cute waitress doesnt make up for being OVERCHARGED for LOW QUALITY food.

Horrible. Had a party for a 21st birthday. They tried to squeeze us all in together, which was not happening. Then had to ask for menus, ask for bread, ask for a highchair, go get the high chair myself, ask for drinks, wait 1/2 hr, ask again... finally get bread. Order our meals, when we get the meals ask for steak sauce, Tabasco sauce,... never came. Asked for salad dressing... never came. Ordered meat, medium well, came to us medium. They forgot a dinner all around, lobster was not cooked, finally, when its time to leave, ask for our bill, they work on it... wait over 1/2 hr for the bill... for it to be wrong! Never go back!

WTF! I took photos of my meal because I was shocked. Wish I could upload them. Live in Gold River and ordered a pick dinner from our Outback . I had the Ribs n Chicken.....4 little freaking ribs and a 1/2 of piece of skinny chicken that was overcooked. A Joke! We also had and order of Calamari that was so small I was cracking up......Like a kids meal at McDonalds. My wife had the No Rules Pasta and we asked for them to add Broccoli. They read our order back to us on the phone and when I picked it up......Got home - No Broccoli! $39.00 Never Ever - Never Ever Again! Pissed and going in to talk to the manager on Monday.

I came to this web site just to look up Outbacks address to recommend them to a friend and I was amazed at the bad reviews. I dont know what happened to those people but I have to wonder if they ate at the same place I do. Bad food?? Never !!! Unfriendly?? Also Never, in fact, they bend over backward to greet you, and the manager often comes by to see how the meal is going. Maybe only people that have a bad experience write reviews. Disregard the bad reviews and go see for yourself. Dont let a few bad experiences prevent you from dining here.

Off night maybe? Worst service we have ever had. Food was great. Spent two hours at the table with no food, then wrong food, then wrong bill, then the server argued with us, then the manager wanted to make it right with a bloomin onion? Every table that came in after us, cleared out before we did, then our bill was wrong again AFTER they fixed it! We were understanding but annoyed all the way until the server argued with us. The manager did not make us feel valued. We will not visit this location again.

My new Favorite restaurant! The Service was amazing, and my server Felicia made me feel like my visit was the most important thing in the world. The food was amazing, great steaks, delicious shrimp, and you cant beat the Blooming Onions! Further, The management was really on the ball and actively improving the experience of their guests throughout the restaurant. I will definitely be going back!

I was disappointed in the steak. It was tough and not much flavor. And it was cooked well instead of the medium I ordered. Another one was prepared quickly and to the correct doneness but it was also tough and tasteless. I had a better steak at Black Bear diner last week. The waiter at Outback was very attentive and personable. The rest of my meal (other than the steak) was well prepared.
