Last night I visited this location and had the worst experience ever. I spent over $21 on 2 burgers fries and a drink. Waited 20 minutes finally sit down to eat my husband cheese burger was cold cheese didnt even melt. He took back for a replacement they was cool the employees. As Im getting ready to eat I noticed I had no tomatoes or the A1 sauce that I asked for. I quietly bring it to the manager attention who became very rude with me I then got all the food ordered and asked for a refund. He then tells me he can only give me a refund for one of the burgers and walks away. I told him you will give me all my money I paid for this meal since it was never touched and you have it. He then gets on the phone comes back saying this same b s I told him to give me my money. I then asked for upper management he gave me a number which I dialed and it was the wrong number. I came back to the counter for a number that the cashier had to get. I called spoke to the RGM Jess told her about the situation she called him told him to give me the refund. Remind you hes on the phone made me wait another 20 minutes for my money. Another guest walks up complaining about her incorrect burger asked for a refund he tried to not it so she became angry as well. He then gives her her money but Im still standing there waiting. He then comes open the register and try to give me $8 and I told him you have all the product I paid over $21 and I want my money so I can leave this place he wasted a hour of my time. He put my money on the counter instead of my hand like Im trash and walked away. And said he called security for me I said for what because I wanted a refund. Long story dont feel like typing anymore because this isnt everything. This person shouldnt work here hes unfriendly, unprofessional and giving your business a bad reputation.

The burgers are fantastic! There is a very comprehensive list of add ons for the burgers, steak sauce, green peppers, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, grilled onions are just a few that should give an idea of the options. The fries are real potatoes and also very good. The several times I have visited, the staff has been friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also very clean. I am tempted to give them 5 stars, but the price at $25.00 for a couple of burgers, fries and drinks is a bit high . Although it has to be said, you couldnt make equivalent burgers at home with all the condiments for less money. The only other slightly negative thing we discovered was that the buns are a bit soggy once you get the burger, although that could depend on the condiments on your burger. If you love a great burger, give these guys a try!

Over rated burger joint. The burgers come out soggy because of the tin foil wrap. The fries were whatever. The setting was not great. They might have better ingredients and a simple menu, but I feel the execution is off. Cant really believe this is a chain - nothing special about it. Spent $38 on two burgers, 1 large fries, a hot dog, a grilled cheese and 2 sodas. I dont mind spending that much on lunch, but my expectations were higher and not met. I prefer in n out or smash burger. Cheaper and/or better. Ill give it another shot again when I get invited there, but it will not be by choice

called to place an order to pickup. I was on hold for 9 minutes, I was headed over there and I walked in the door still on hold. everyone just standing around. the cashier was eating food while ringing up people. I asked for crispy fries and a burger. I payed and then when I got my order, the fries were soggy. I was then told they dont do crispy fries. isnt that something they should have told me when I ordered and not after I received my food. very poor service and management.

I love this place! You can get a burger with ANYTHING you want on it. you basically order a plain burger and then they have a menu FULL of any topping you can imagine! The burger itself tastes great as well. The prices are good too, pretty much average for a burger this size! Try this place out if you get a chance, you wont be disappointed!!

I can make even better burgers at home!!! They dont even sell ranch, bad burgers are made better with ranch. In n out burgers are bomb and dont ever need ranch! Cajun French fries are gross, if you want good Cajun fries go to red robin instead. Five guys should have stayed in the east coast in my opinion.

Overall not really impressed. Burgers are greasy and soggy. The meat was hot and the bun was cold. Fries are floppy and soggy and everything just tasted salty. For a place that serves its food in foil and a paper bag I dont get the premium price they charge. $15 for a burger, fries and a drink.

Ordered 4 burgers on 4/11 @ 6:30pm. 28 minutes until ordered was ready and they still forgot the milkshakes. I voiced concern and was only simply told "Sorry" by the manager. About a half a dozen other parties waited similarly. Clearly velocity and customer service are severely lacking.

Way too pricey. I paid over 30.00 for 2 cheeseburgers 2 French fries and 2 milk shakes. I told the gal that took my order their hamburgers better be the best... Disappointed! They werent. The fries were burnt and soggy. And so were the hamburgers. I will not go there again.

I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger with everything on it. Basically the regular hamburger is a double and it is called "All the Way" when you want everything. I give it a A-. The fries were good also. I would put it just below In-N-Out Burger and above The Habit.

Great burgers, way better than in and out. More burger toppings than most places. If you get the salted fries ask for less cuz they always put on too much. Mix the ketchup and vinegar together and dip you fries in it, delicious!!!

Polite and quick. The worst cheeseburger Ive ever had, lettuce looked old, it was limp. Bun was falling apart wet, outside and inside. 2 cheeseburgers, 1 small fries an a small milkshake for only $25 and change. Ill never go back!

Good burgers and fries but I think they are really overpriced for what you get. We had two junior burgers, one regular burger, and then one small order of fries and a drink to share across three of us. Charge was nearly $30!

$5 for a hotdog? Really? The food is super good but waaaaaay over priced and now that wienerschnitzel has all beef dogs there is really no need to pay for an expensive one here other than for the grilled taste.

The fries were very good. But I felt the burgers are a bit to over priced. The burger isnt good if you take it to go because it gets soggy after couple minutes depending on what you get on the burger.

Not a fan of their food. Nice place, friendly service. Just often feel sick after eating there. If you have a Peanut allergy you might not want to go there... TONS of peanuts around *nom nom nom*
