Pleasantly surprised by this place! Not that I would have expected any less, but the spacious interior and comfy seating combined with friendly service made it a good lunch spot. Although most of the spots around here are metered, you can walk a block or so to find free two hour parking. I got the salad trio for about $10 or so. Lots of salad and very filling. The Thai noodle is on the heavier side with peanut sauce, but I love the mushroom salad. Puts the "fun" back in "fungi". Just the right amount of lemon juice gives it a little zing and the texture is not slimy in the least (you know how mushrooms can get!). Service for being a pay-at-the-register type of place was attentive and accommodating. Water refilled on a regular basis and the occasional check in to make sure everything was to our liking. This could become a regular lunch spot! Would like to test out the sandwiches and burgers next...

We went here on a Sunday afternoon when we found Fox & Gooses wait was too long. Dont waste your time here. Its over priced, the food is mediocre at best. I ordered a black forest ham omlet... the ham looked like it was from a Costco packet of lunch meat and the eggs looked like they were prepared in a microwave. The coffee was out, and it looked like someone pooped in the salt. By the time I left, I wanted to poop in the salt too.

If you want to watch a game and have some good brunch this place is it. They make a good breakfast burrito. Their Eggs Benedict are good (not on an English Muffin but still good). The service can be slow sometimes if you sit at the bar area. Many times Ive had to just walk over to the Cafe Bernardo area to get a refill on water or coffee.

Has a bug problem. I went there the other day and ate inside, the food wasnt horrible and the atmosphere was pretty nice but the entire thing was ruined by the gnats and flies that were constantly flying around our table and landing near our plates. If you do consider going there I would suggest just getting a to go order.

First things first.. Excellent ambience and overall atmosphere. This was a great place to hit up during lunch hour and a great experience. Secondly, the alcohol is obscenely expensive.. Especially for lunch time. Finally, food was stellar and most definitely worth every penny.

The food sucked. The service was horrible. Flies landed on my food and I had to send the food back to the kitchen because it sucked so bad. My advice never go to Cafe Bernardo. It was on of the worst reastaraunts I have ever been to.

The portions are about half the size as before and too expensive for scrambled eggs. The slices of toast were even smaller. I recommend buying a loaf of french bread and make your own breakfast. That is what I will do next weekend!

Great food, nice staff, though overpriced for what you get. The ambiance is nice, but the dining furniture leaves a little to be desired if youre expecting to sit and hang out long.

Ive loved this place for years. Its that coconut cake. But other stuff is good too. Their cheeseburger with special bun is crazy delicious. Huge, too. Had to bring some home. Nom.

Been to the R15 location around 20 times, always for Eggs Bernardo and a white mocha. The few other items Ive had were delicious as well. Love this place! Bit pricey though.
