This was my second visit at this Top golf.. I will not speak about the first visit because it was brand new and just opened so i completely understand why it could of been better. Saturday night 10/22/2016 I went with 5 people, before we walked in a lady was standing outside telling everyone they had a 3.5 hour wait time which was nice to know ahead of time. So we just went to the bar area to hang out and eat. Mike was our server and he was awesome! it was very busy and he did a great job. I felt bad for him because just when we got our food, our stall was ready and we took the food down to our new table. on the first floor. Our service downstairs was HORRIBLE. The lady did not know what she was doing and was very short and rude to us, They screwed up our billing (the 45 every hour) they charged the wrong card and we were waiting for 30 minutes for them to fix it and they said i would see a 45 dollar charge on my credit card that would be revered in 3 days. That was fine but & that Charged was reversed and Now have another $48.38 dollar charge that was not supposed to be charged on that card....& I did not authorize. I was on the phone with top golf over an hour yesterday and I called at 10am and the girl I spoke with said she will have someone call me back asap before noon. So 6pm comes along and no one called me I gave them a call and asked to speak with a manager and this lady says hold on and she kept trying to figure out what was wrong but she couldnt figure it out because she did not have access to search Credit cards (which i already knew and told her about thats why i asked to speak with the correct person) so that was another 30 mins of my time wasted. and she said someone would get back to me that night. NO ONE called me back so I had to call a 3rd time this morning Monday morning, to try and get ahold of the correct person. I spoke with the office manager & told my situation too her and she was like "well i will be getting back to you but it will not be today because i have to process payroll today and i am very busy so I will call you back in 3 days." ( She made is sound like my Problem was on the last of her to do list........So the way Top golf has delt with this situation already I am convinced i will have to call back and waste another hour of my time on the Phone to get my $48.38 refunded. If i do not hear back by Friday i am going to report it as fraud and let my bank deal with Top Golf they might have better luck.

I have always wanted to try swinging a club, but I did not relish the idea of searching for small balls. Top golf solves that problem by having the balls come to you. Every better, the system keeps score for you. My biggest complaint is that the woman member services would not sell us membership cards! I suspect that it was because I said that we had a group of twelve without membership cards. She told me to use my phone to sign in online instead. It was not clear how to do this from the website, but after unintuitively selecting "member services" and "sign up", I was asked so many questions that I estimate that it would take an hour to complete the process for twelve people. I did not want the others to pay for it because I invited them to the party. It was also not clear whether I would be able to create other members under my own account so that I could pay for them. Since there were many employees who were doing nothing, I asked if someone else could help me, but they told me to go to member services because it would be much quicker than to use the website. I told them that the woman there refused to do it. They had a whisper conversation with the woman there, but she still would not help. Another employee finally said that he would just need a list of the names and email addresses of everyone there. We created the list and forty minutes later got the cards and were directed to a couple of bays. The rest of my experience was mostly positive, due to perfect weather. We even got some free ice water.

Ten of us went on a Sunday about 11:30AM. Waited in line for about 30 minutes to purchase the membership card. Then off to the concierge to discover a one hour wait for one stall and 1.5 hours for two stalls next to each other. We went into the restaurant section and waited for 1.5 hours to get the food which by that time we were on our way to the golf stalls. Food was ok and cold. I had the mediocre waffle/fried chicken sliders and steak nachos which both would have been better if at least warm. The Point of Sale system at the stalls are confusing to activate and renew. Im a single digit handicap and the mens clubs were "regular" graphite shafts. Difficult to control trajectory/distance/accuracy. The balls are "dead" and travel about 10-20 yards shorter than normal balls. We got 2 rounds of 20 shots each in about 2.5 hours. After about 5 hours, was ready to call it a day. Still pretty fun but definitely would bring my own clubs if I were to ever come back for a "next time." The membership desk was nice, the concierge desk not so nice. The food server was slow/terrible. This chain makes so much money, they should ensure better employees/service. I rounded up 2.5 stars to 3 in this rating.

Love the fun, ambience, great place to hang out. Food would have been better if serving of food didnt take an hour to receive. The food ended being cold dry, the sauce dry. Our server made up excuses. I had the same server twice when I was there. I had to keep reminding her and each time she made up excuses like "almost done," "the cook lost her food ticket" etc etc etc. I know when food came out dry and cold because the sauce didnt look fresh anymore, the chicken was soft and not crunchy anymkre, cheese no longer melted, etc etc etc. other than that I would have given it a 4.5-5 star if the food served was better. What are the chances of going there twice and getting the same waitress? I also have a coupon and presented it before paying and the guy who helped us stated the coupon he placed in. But when I left and saw my credit card I paid, coupon was not applied. Need a set of children or left handed clubs? Hey definitely help and get them for you. Other than that we had a lot of fun and plan on going back. Just hoping we dont get the same waitress and hopefully the next person will be able to apply correctly the coupon.

***Edit: I was informed by your amazing Platinum Bayhost Jaliene J. That there are in fact family restrooms on all floors, past the bar area. I was unfortunately misinformed by 2 employees, so Id suggest to make sure all employees know theyre stuff about the place. 5 stars! For a place that says its for the whole family, you would think they would at least have baby changing tables in the bathrooms. They dont have any changing tables at all. I had to lay a blanket down on the very hard and unsanitary bathroom floor to change my 2 month old baby. The bathroom was clean, so Ill give them that, but no changing tables is pretty vital if you want families to visit. I do feel like this loses 2 stars, because families shouldnt have to sit on the bathroom floor, lay their babies on the bathroom floor, or try and balance a baby on their laps to change them. It comes as a major inconvenience. Other than that the service was excellent, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the overall concept is so fun! Definitely want to visit again, but Ill have to reconsider it, since I have a baby.
