NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THE OWNER IS VIAL AND DISGUSTING AND RUDE!! So I go with my husband and a friend to have our traditional Sunday brunch together however choosing a new place and this one at that deemed to be a HUGE mistake! A quick overview of our experience, food came out and between two of us we had undercooked and cold food items and A long with it came a rude server as well. So I ask for a manager and I tell her about the food as well as the service. A few moments later an upset server comes to use to confront us regarding our complaint about her attitude. She tells us she is upset because the manager told her that we complained about her attitude and she doesnt appreciate it because she feels she has been very "Cool twords us even with all our "Issues". I told her that her saying all our issues is an example of why were unhappy. She then leaves with an attitude. So I request the manager come back and I ask her why she would do that, why she would tell the server what we said while we were still there because it was embarrassing. She said well sorry I didnt know she was gonna say something to you guys! So we were all upset by this and wanted to just leave. She said let me get your check. I said sure but Im not paying for the things we didnt eat and sent back. She then said "I will happily take care of the whole bill but I ask that you guys never come back again!" I asked her to get me the district managers phone number and she said "um Im the owner thanks!" I said oh wow your the owner and this is how you treat people? She said well you come here and from what I understand you just wanted to taste a bunch of things before ordering! I said oh so because I asked to taste 2 sauces before ordering thats a problem? She said well most people dont do that so I dont know what your purpose was... um ok so no one has ever asked to taste a sauce that the dish would be smothered in to know if they like it prior to ordering it? Right! Get real! Ive heard people ask to taste every single salad dressing that a place has to see what they like best and to save the server from making multiple trips to the kitchen to change a dish due to the guest not liking the sauce! Anyhow needless to say Im NOT happy at all and neither are the other guests with me nor the couple at the table next to us who mind you had ordered a couple of the same dishes and following our complaint had almost exactly the same issues however they were not asked to leave and never return!! This place SUCKS and I would never send anyone there not even my WORST ENEMY!! BYE FELICIA

The only reason this location gets 1 star is because my friends breakfast was just what she ordered. To begin with, the cashier/host did not call our name. In fact when we went to inquire, our name had been crossed off the list (Ann) so they sat us right away. My friend chose the Senior 2x2x2 plate and iced tea. She was happy with her meal. I had ordered the turkey sandwich on multigrain bread, no butter and not toasted with a side of potato salad and an iced tea. The sandwich was buttered sourdough, toasted.......not what I ordered. The potato salad was awful. Too much mayonnaise and obviously store bought. When the waitress brought our meal, she never asked if we needed anything else nor did she ask during our meal if everything was ok. She did ask those questions at the end of our meal when she brought the take home box for my sandwich that I ended up giving to a family member. By the way, we had to request the take home box 2 times and straws for our tea 2 times also. There are plenty of restaurants in our area. One of those will most likely be our new weekly destination.

To start out with, the entry way and waiting area smelled like vomit. Sitting at your table, you feel like you are in a cafeteria. There is very little space because they packed the tables so close together ... mainly to get as many people in there as they could ... and make you uncomfortable. There are NO BOOTHS. Dont come here if you hate sitting uncomfortably during eating. The staff/service was very poor. Our server wasnt paying attention to anything and had VERY poor communication skills. A "basic" in serving ~ make sure your tables have refreshments. She didnt even do that. The food was poorly cooked, as if they have hired a cook with little to no experience. They Couldnt properly cook even the basics of breakfast - bacon and eggs (they were over cooked and burnt). This is a place for parents and their screaming kids, because that was what the place was filled with. The ONLY good part = the pancakes were good. So if that is all they can do right and you want pancakes .... go for it. But personally, I will never return here again.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. I rode in with the Sacramento Bike Hikers. There were 11 of us split between 3 tables. We all ordered at the same time. The 3 at my table never got our food. We asked and heard it was coming. When everyone else had finished their food we told them we did not want it. All of a sudden it materialized. They said it was slower because I had Swedish Pancakes (they had those at the other table also). I put butter on mine and the whipped butter did not melt. I pointed this out to the waitress and she said it wouldnt melt because they were thinner. "What do you want new pancakes?" I said I couldnt wait and choked them down due to hunger. Awful experience, didnt even get an apology. Oh yeah, the pancakes were not only cold but leathery. First time in my 63 years that I refused to leave a tip. A "Im sorry I forgot your food would have been nice!"

Went to Roseville location on Sept. 6 (Labor day). The wait to receive food was roughly 30 minutes. Scrambled eggs are plain, cafeteria style (one uniform yellow color), and overly greasy. Ordered a pancake special and underwhelmed at small size of individual pancakes. Also, pancakes are gritty and have a gummy, dry texture. They taste even less appealing than the cheaper IHOP. Sad. Service was not great. A table next to us was served their food even though they ordered well after our own table (and they had a larger party). Some or all of these complaints would be less, if the cost of food was not so high. Pancake specials do not include anything but the pancakes (no eggs, nothing...). The price for 2 entrees and coffees was nearly $30. Way too much for this lower quality establishment. In conclusion, if you value breakfast, look elsewhere.

Not happy with waitress and cooks. Came in Sunday July 3rd just before 2pm the restaurant was empty just a couple people sitting. After being sat down it was awhile before a waitress came by to ask if wed been helped and then asked what wed like to drink. Then a different waitress came up to take our order. It was not a big order just an omelette and fried potatoes with side order of 2 over medium eggs. After some time the waitress brought the order which was not hot and did not have the side order of eggs. She said she would get them. After quite awhile she came back to say the cook didnt make them. I told her I was disappointed because they were clearly not busy. She then had to remake my potatoes along with my order of eggs. Very poor service on both waitress and cook.
