Server was rude from the start. We had a coupon they sent to us that I presented at the start and asked the waitress what she would advise off the coupon with 4 options. She acted offended, took our drink order after waiting for 10 min already and went in the kitchen. She came out w/o drinks and went to the table next to us to tell them she was "tired & busy". The restaurant was more than 1/2 empty. I waited another 5 minutes & left with nothing (20 min with no drinks or order). We went to Via Roma in Rocklin and ended up with a much better experience anyway & water and bread right when we sat and were real customers. Strings loss. FYI dont spend money on coupon mailers to bring customers in if your staff is upset when they are presented.

Possibly love the food there and over the last 15 years have eaten there quite a few times but its the waitresses that are always very sweet and Im forever grateful for good Italian fettuccine alfredo and a smiling waitress who brings you extra bread and salad and ice water and I want to thank majdi the owner for always being friendly

Not the best Strings experience I have had. It felt a lot less like I remember it from 10 years ago. They were trying hard to be an upscale place as well as having a much more limited menu. The salad dressing is awesome. I have had better experiences at other Strings locations.
