Even better then expected. Being from san antonio tx it surprised me how delicious the food was. It was so much to choose from on the menu i wish i was in town for more days id eat there 3 time a day.....no exaggeration. The fried chicken and chicken wings were awesome I couldnt have asked for anything better. The staff was so helpful and friendly it felt like I was back home in the family kitchen... will be coming back to this place every time in California.

HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for freshly prepared, quality food in a super friendly atmosphere. We had to ask for a to go container because we couldnt finish our meal. Chicken and waffles EXCEEDED my expectations My ALABAMA born husband loved the Granny Greens and cornbread and wants to go back to try the red beans and rice .

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Main Avent yesterday. Everything was well prepared and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The chef was also very knowledgeable and came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. A true breath of fresh air for our neighborhood!!!
