WOW!!! Recommended by family to try, so happy I listened. I placed the order online and made requests to exclude onions from dishes that I thought might have them. There were other dishes that had onions within my order unbeknownst to me. The chef called me after my order was placed and left me a voicemail indicating he was making the "executive decision" to leave them out of everything. This reassured me that not only does he have the attention to detail and foresight that I clearly dont want onions; but more importantly, that everything is prepared fresh and to order. Once I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one server taking care of 3 or 4 tables, an employee who was either off or on break enjoying their meal, and the chef (thats all I saw anyway). The individual on break, got up to check if someone was available in the back to assist us. This impressed me and showed the staff really cares. I waited maybe 10 minutes before the food was personally brought out by the chef, he reiterated his decision to ensure no onions were present. I was truly floored in this day and age. I hadnt even taken a bite and I already knew I wanted to come back. The Sesame Beef is amazingly perfect. Those noodles!!! I could smash and entire plate and be a happy camper. I am originally from the bay area and I have not found a lot of quality Asian cuisine in this area, I have to say; from start to finish, KOISAN is doing it ALL, right! Bravo.

Food was very good, fresh and made to order. The service has been extremely accommodating both times I have been in. First time was to go at the end of the night and then I returned with my wife and we enjoyed ourselves dining in. Here is the kicker even though I havent actually tried it yet. You can order wide variety of items off the menu, or you can pay $30 to have all you can eat...! Oh did I forget to mention that means made to order sushi included. I plan on giving it a shot next time. I did try the orange chicken and the rainbow roll and both were excellent which is hard to find in one location. Anyway this place is a yes, so check it out!

The waitress was nice and food okay. The waiter was very rude and disrespectful. When my Unagi came there was just a drop of sauce. I asked him if I could get some more sauce on it and he flat out said,"this is how we make it and there is sauce on it." The look he gave me was like if looks can kill. After I paid my bill I tried to talk to him but he kept trying to argue with me and the he showed me the door. WOW, I nevered was treated so disrespectful in my life. Read the reviews for this resturant on yelp and you will see a couple more complaint about this guy.

i made a togo order, which i placed from their site, i was told when i called i used the wrong site... not sure how that works.. they were late on my food and it was all bland and mediocre to say the least. to top it off when on the ohone i mentioned i had seen them on groupon and when i went in i was told i could not use my groupon for takeout.. yes i should have read the fine print but i would have canceled my order if the guy on the phone had said something. id rather panda express honestly... more flavor.
