Great tasting food if you can get over the fact that they DO NOT follow propper hand washing procedures while handling food. I had the privilege of sitting in the booth right next to the kitchen door and was watching in disqust as the grill cook repeatedly, with bare hands, wiped sweat off his forehead, scratched his nose, itched his leg, pulled at his shirt, then went right back to handling food without washing his hands. We were there for two hours and this man didnt wash his hands once. His just kept laying patties on the grill, using the same spatula that was never changed, and placing cheese with filthy fingers on meat that was on the grill. I work in the food industry so I am hyper vigilant about food safety and I would be surprised if this place would pass a food safety audit. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This location has gone way down hill. The servers follow no guidelines. Dress code is super lax, bra straps hanging out, hats worn crooked, facial hair rampant, without name tags, cell phones hanging out. Heard one server ask another what she gets paid. Our server sat down at the table next to my wife to take our order, then again at the table next to us. Wow. Cold fries at nearly every table within earshot. I can go on, bit I dont think I need to. Go up the hill to Meridians for a good burger.

Victoria our server was OUTSTANDING! We live in Sac. near Hwy 50 Bradshaw, was with our son (he and I are PC techs we always visit Frys in Roseville) celebrating his birthday. No parking/busy at the Douglas Blvd. RR so we drove 15 more minutes here. Wife and I love RR, been to a couple locations, this one was the best so far, GOOD hot food, Victoria checked on us several times, brought more btmless steak fries (my son Rickys fav. potato style) Will return, prob the 3 of us soon.

Second time in a month I have done a take out. This time I even took a picture of the meal. The trip tip sandwich came with a total of 7 french fries. The two Cesar salads we so so. The lettuce was not cold by any means. This Red Robin in Lincoln has really gone down hill since they remodeled. I will start driving into Roseville Red Robin. I do not believe the management reads these reviews

Service was great during our recent visit but the restaurant was very dirty. Especially the floors around and underneath our table. The food in my opinion is also sub-par for the price. They do have tablets at each table that have a digital menu with ability to order appetizers & desserts, games, ask for refills, and finalize and pay your bill. It worked great!

David who works here is a rude person and spit in my face after I did not tip him. Why would I tip some lousy beatnik that spent an hour flirting with some dame on the telephone and told me to buzz off when I asked why my chicken burger was taking so long. It was sitting at the spot where the chef leaves it and I had to retrieve it myself

New menu is good and prices are reasonable. But, they really pitch the bottomless fries and drinks and then generally fall short on refreshing these. This is a problem entirely of their making as I wouldnt have the expectation if they didnt rub this in so hard. So please either jump on this or dont promise. Thanks

Just meh. Really could be better. Service is touch and go and the glassware and silverware are never clean. I have even requested clean glassware after being served something with lipstick still on it and there was debris floating in my glass when it arrived. Really worries me about what the back looks like.

If you call a sandwhich bun with tomato sauce and some melted cheese a pizza this place is for you. The 4 separate burgers I ordered had big pieces of burnt meat all around the edges. Service was nice but the quality of food is bad might as well go make your own burgers at home! Only good thing is service.

Good quality and service at this chain. Have had many worse experiences at other Red Robins. our waitress was on point and provided needed refills and checked on us throughout our meal. Like this better than In an Out taste wise but not fast food either. At least it is less busy since in and out opened.

We really enjoyed our waiter, Ryan. However, they dont have brussel sprouts and they ran out of broccoli! Can you imagine!?! (Must have been a rush today). Fortunately, they still had burgers and all of our food was great! We will return. (Ask Ryan for brussel sprouts. ;-)

Food is good and the ability to request drink refills and pay your ticket right at the table is very convenient. The service was a tad slow but I was there right when they first opened the door so I assume that once things get up and running things get faster.

Went once. Got slow service - Finally got our plates of cold, soft steak fries with our burgers. Saw the waitress after that and asked for more fries. These came later and were hot and crispy, but by then we were ready to leave.

We had great service and great food tonight! Our waitress was friendly, fast and helpful. The food was hot and brought out quickly. Weve had bad experiences here in the past, but they have fixed whatever issue they had before.

Ordered online for the quick lunch. Messed up with my order twice. Firsr was wrong burger made, and second gave me regular fries instead of garlic. So its turned out extra time to wait and even no one was apologise .

My family loves this restaurant! Its in a great family-friendly area and the staff is always so nice! I steer away from carbs and I order their burger with a lettuce bun. Its messy AND delicious!
