Ive been raised on Japanese/Hawaiian food and am VERY picky about it. You dont expect the greatest meal from a chain place like Ono or L&L, so as long as you dont have your hopes too high, this place cant disappoint. So with plenty of skepticism, I ordered a combo of katsu and some spicy chicken dish. It wasnt bad. The katsu was bland, but since youre supposed to dip it/slather it in the katsu sauce, it makes up for it. As a fan of white rice, I appreciated there was plenty of it. You can do worse than Ono, but in that shopping center, more often than not, Id select some other restaurant.

Have been here before and the customer service was okay but went in today and Linda the cashier was so polite and nice, she made my order super easy and even modified my order to my liking definitely coming back when she is working! :)

Gave me a coconut that was cracked in the bottom, gave it to me in a saggy wet bag with most of the water in it, wish I could go lower than 1 star never going back here ! Waste of money
