Very very very disappointed!!!! This review is purely on customer service. My husband and I went shopping at the mall and decided to eat. I went and put our name in for two. I told the hostess that my husband is in a wheelchair and paralyzed and we needed a booth or half booth. (Most of tables have a step up or they are very high chairs and tables. We were told it would take 20 minutes. We sat and watched family after family go before us. We waited for over a hour. I looked around and saw a booth own that would be perfect for us that just opened up. I asked the hostess if we could take it and she said ok. We walked over and she got the table I asked for confused with another table. I said so can we sit her and she gave me a dirty look and said ok I guess. My husband was so frustrated at that point that we just left. The fact is that I told them at the beginning that we needed a specific table. I watched they put families in the tables we needed before us. She was rude and uncaring. We will never go back here again and I plan on calling the supervisor. If you are handicapped this place is not accommodating

Definitely a great place to eat. The staff is caring and attentive. Amy, Jessica, and Kaely are probably my favorite servers, never had a problem with any of these ladies, and their personalities are just so bubbly and loving. If youre drinking, all of the bartenders I been served by will take care of you, and if youre at the bar top, theyll get to know you quickly. Dont be afraid to scoot in there if you are 21+ and the wait is long, booths in the bar are not self seating (only bar top and high top tables), bummer, but, you skip the wait and can get a burger and brew without the kids getting rowdy around you. The food comes out picture perfect, definitely love my California Chicken and sweet potato fries. It is a great place to take the kids too. The little computers on the tables let you play unlimited games for 1.99, which are great for anyone, its fun playing with it as an adult as much as it is as a kid. Go here if youre looking for good food (mozzarella sticks are the bombdotcom), entertainment, and good vibes.

I went with my family and our server Sonya was very attentive, she was very helpful and even though they took some time with our orders both her and the manager aapologized many times and even threw in a few free things. They were very nice, accommodating and displayed great customer service, always checking in with us making sure we were okay. The food was ofcourse great, we had no issues and will def. Be coming back.

This place is awesome because my child father family has a big family the count was 17 coming into red robin and they still served us and they were really awesome. And a family of 17 coming in only with a hour till closing that really awesome coming in from castle park so you can only imagine how hungry we were. Our server was name mike you our anyone that asking for really good service ask for him.

They have the best chicken sandwiches here! Juicy, not dry. My favorite is the Teriyaki Burger. I add Blue Cheese Crumbles to take it over the top. Yum! Place is clean. Prices are reasonable. People are nice. Only bad thing might be parking. Its at a mall near a main entrance so this can be a problem during busy times and/holidays.

Fast seating and rapid service throughout the meal. The waitress knew about the gluten free menu and the steps they took to prepare the food correctly. The Gluten free buns and fries were great. Hamburger cooked to perfection and more than enough to fill me up.

thee best ever!! i get their whiskey river bbq chicken burger and i add mushrooms and avocado, i also get their oreo milkshake plus their cheesecake without the strawberries though. also their fries are soooo good. staff is always great as well.

Not a long wait for a Saturday night. Server was helpful and nice. Havent been here in a while nice change in menu. Well its been 20 minutes and our food finally came. Annoyed that another table that came after got their food already.

The Banzai Burger is outstanding (and as a vegetarian, the choice of a Boca patty is very much appreciated). The waits are always short, and the servers are always quite nice, too. My only criticism is its a bit noisy.

If you have a stroller try to leave it in the car if you can. They will either have you leave it in the front or stuff you in a small booth. other than that the food is good and the service is generally good as well.

This place is always busy = the food is good. Service has been good every time. Sometimes the food can take a while but I attribute that to the amount of customers that are usually here.

I always have a good experience at Red Robin, this round I decided to order the new Salmon dish and it was pretty good, the salmon tasted fatty (good kind of fatty). Very pleased.

Great burgers. Good service. Blue Moon shake is awesome. Banzai is my fav. Garlic fries and sweet potato fries are great. Campfire sauce is worth trying. Repeat customer.

After eating at this location in Riverside, I was sick for 2 or 3 days with the stomach fuel. The chicken in my wrap tasted bad. And the chicken tortilla soup was cold.

Staffs just ignored us. We didnt get our burger for 40 minutes. Other customer got burger in just 10 minutes. This is the worst place that Ive ever went.
