I can walk to this place within three minutes from my house and have often passed by it onto other destinations but Ive always wanted to try it because Ive always enjoyed fast food establishments that arent mega corporations in relation of food quality and portions. Last night I got that opportunity. I had ordered a double cheeseburger combo and my wife grabbed a side of fried zucchini. The total came out to about $14 but Ive come to expect that from places like this. It took roughly 10 - 13 minutes to get our food. This isnt a complaint and in fact tells me that they had to actually cook the food fresh for us and indeed it came out fresh and hot! My burger was a monster of a burger, my fries were salted just right and the zucchini was nicely coated, hot and still crisp! All in all the food portions were filling if not a little too much for us to tackle. The staff, I think the guys name was Mario, was polite, attentive and responsive. It was an enjoyed experience on the food AND customer service front as far as Im concerned and I look forward to grubbing on more food from this establishment from time to time.

I called in a simple order and spoke to a very rude woman who told me I had the wrong location. I didnt know there was more than one location, but, since I was driving, I asked for the phone number to the University location. The woman told me that she couldnt give me that information. I asked if the restaurants were the same chain and she said they were, but that I needed to get the number myself. I asked for the manager and the woman abruptly hung up on me. I called back and asked if she intentionally hung up on me and she immediately placed me on hold. She never came back to the line. I will never visit any R Burgers again, for this reason alone. Im sure that will not stop business; however, if one person refuses to return for this reason and takes the time to post about it (Ive never posted a complaint to the Internet about any business before ever, this is my first), how many people do you think were treated this way, never to return, and youll never know about it? And, for the record, the womans tone of voice from the start of the call sounded irritated and unfriendly. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I dont see the reason for the high prices. $10.00 for a pastrami sandwich? I ordered a BLT for $6.00 and was told I could make it a combo for ONLY $3.99 more (turns out it was not even a larger combo, only medium). The food is nothing to brag about. Burgers are OK I guess, but its the same frozen beef patty as other joints. Service was mediocre at best. If you have any special requests, prepare for a long conversation. When I got to the window I asked the server to tell me the prices I was paying so I could understand why I was paying almost $16.00 for a BLT, fries, a grilled cheese, and one medium drink. She actually asked, "Why?", like it was none of my business. Save your money and reduce your frustration...go to Carls Jr across the street. At least there for $16 you can feed 3 people instead of 1 and 1/2 at this R burger rip-off joint.

We were treated like dogs and the cashier was the female with a Capital B, she was extremely rude and we are very easy going God loving people.The lady behind us was in disbelief how we were being treated. Im on a special diet and asked for a substitute at an additional cost and she wouldnt do it. Some of the worst restaurants alters my food with or without an additional cost. There food must be already made for hours. Anyways it was Horrible service to say the least. I beg you to not waste your money on this unconstitutional business. I truly hope they go out of business soon and a better business that can treat humans with respect will take over. The whole place is surrounded with evil and nothing close to being family oriented. The cashier has some nasty hidden horns that needs psychological help and that is not the place for her to work.

Been bringing my pup Bella here for sometime... Regretfully tonights my last R Burger run for Chicken & Steak... among others things. The staff are the greatest , even the cooks. But management needs some coaching and people skills! And example Bottled Water scorching summer days and after how many request youd think theyd offer their guest a healthy alternative ! But my biggest issue is taking away my senior discount on my chicken and steak purchases... Hey manager you have any clue what I spend daily? You havent a clue... You just have that snappy hateful attitude every morning. Well I wont be bothered by it after today, adios! So Im off to Lowes Looking at a Jenn Ait gas barbeque and stopping by my local Staters and having a discussion on my needs...

Great price for a good meal. The burgers are pretty damn good if you ask me, 2 Burgers for $5.55 you cant beat it. Its feel its a quality FASTFOOD burger I would definitely go back for. I was very satisfied with the meal I got and it didnt very long. They put something in there burgers to make them different from the rest and im ok with that. Its also a really good little burger place to sit and eat at. The remodeled interior looks pretty good as well. All in all I will going back when im in the mood for a good burger since I work just down the street lol. Glad i took a chance on this place. #RBurgers

decided to go to this place for breakfast. The cashier at the register was extremely rude and hostile and seemed to dont care at all. I went to order, she went to charge my credit card without telling me first how much it will cost. Then i asked to go get the keys to go to bathroom, she ignored. There was no lids on the soda machine. As far as the food goes, quality wise its nasty food and overpriced. $9.25 for a piece of ham and eggs? really? I ended up ordering cheeseburger combo. Burger was nasty and i had a stomach ache once i went home. Overall not a good experience.

I wont give "An star" to this restaurant. Their new Hispanic Manager is very rude. The one before was also rude. She acts like she feels very disappointed with the presence of customers. There is only one Caucasian young crew member who is very nice and respectful. I hope the owner of the restaurant read this comment and consider to promote this employee so she serves as example of customer service to this manager and the rest of the crew. No wonder why the Carls Jr. in front of this restaurant is usually busy and Gus Jr. is normally dead.

Only local place u would think is like home made...more like over priced, under portioned garbage. It could be morning,noon,night theres twenty people n there like a sweat shop, it could be only one car ahead, and it always takes fukn 20 mins to get your food, take 1 bite and back to work! This place is worst than EASTVAHLE McDONALDS!!!!!! Rather eat cup o noodles...I suggest not spending my money here, better quality and quicker at farmer boys!!!
