In-n-Out is our familys all-time favorite. We go there at least once a week. When coming back from Newport yesterday, we stopped at this In-N-Out in Norco. We had our usual yummy burgers and fries but were pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service one of the employees provided. We were sitting outside and an employee named Angelina (sp?) came and asked if she could bring our food to us when our number was called. What? Weve never experienced this! Then she went to the next table and asked the couple "Can I bring out some water for your dog, he must be really hot?" What? She went around serving people and always with a smile. There should truly be more people like this in the world, we have no doubt that this young lady will go far in life with that kind of work ethic!! Good job Angeline!!

FOOD Obviously good. If you have never gone here get off the internet already and go get yourself a freaking double double and some fresh cut fries. SERVICE Very friendly and courteous staff. There is stiff competition to get hired on here since they take care of their employees. Workers actually want to advance here as they can make $75K as a manager (a former supervisor told me but that is not verified). ATMOSPHERE They take good care of the restaurant to keep it clean. Active crowd at most times of day.

The best burger fast food chain ever! I honestly wouldnt even call it fast food. I have been coming here for years with my grandparents and family and never have had any issues. Employees are super kind and respectful, very patient. Excellent customer service. If you want good, non-frozen burgers with none of those preservatives and genetically engineered foods, this is the place for you. Most definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I went here the other day to grab dinner for my boyfriend and I. They were pretty busy but worked very fast. A man I presumed to be the manager started chanting motivational stuff to the employees to get them excited and keep them happy. It was nice to see that kind of enthusiasm and dedication to your employees. Ill definitely be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. State famous In-N-Out.

Like all other in n outs, but this is definitely an other store, which I think add to the store. I believe there are 3 main types of in n outs. 1: modern with a drive through, 2a: drive through basied store, 2b: retro drive through based, and 3: retro basied store. This is definitely a type 3, retro basied store.

This restaurant opens at about 10:10 am.If you see some cars in the drive through already even earlier, they beat you! Theres nothing better than a double double for a late breakfast. Its slower service with the smaller crew but they have gotten it right every time for me.

I have been coming here 1 to 3 days a week for over a year now with few exceptions. Great customer service and great food as only In N Out can deliver! Drive-thru goes quick compared to other nearby locations; indoor wait seems to be pretty average.

Friendly customer service. Cant go wrong with the good old classic in-n-out burger. Service is fast and food is fresh every time. They were out of papers this time around, but we can do without. Smaller dining area, but one can also fine outside.

This is one of the busier in-N-Outs in the area but they are pretty fast especially if you walk in.I was actually suppressed how quickly the line moves compared to other locations. Food and costumer service are great as usual for the company.

My first and pretty much exclusive choice for hamburgers. Always the freshest and tastiest hamburgers around. Excellent service and quality as well. Hands-down the best hamburger youll never have and freshest fries as well.

Best time to go is before the rush so your burger and fries gets attention. Normally order an animal style cheese burger with extra toasted buns, and well done fries. Todays animal style double double was amazing!
