Im giving one star because there is no way to give zero stars. I had a horrible experience at this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered two 4 dollar meal deals a whopper sandwich and also a chicken fries combo. I also ordered a chicken sandwich combo but apparently they didnt get that part right. Anywho, as I was placing my order, the drive through lady kept spouting out the total after every thing I mentioned. She didnt give me a chance to finish ordering the items before spouting off a total or asking if there was anything else. It was ridiculous. I dont order slow either, I order at a normal pace. She did not read back my order so I had no idea if she had gotten it right. It was a large order. I got to the window and she grabbed my card with no greeting of any sort. I ordered a total of 4 combos and an extra whopper. (family of 5) Two of the combos I asked for just mustard.... That didnt happen, they came as they normally do. Gross. The chicken fries were also disgustingly cold, and they didnt give me the whopper and never rang up the chicken sandwich combo. I filled out the form online to let them know and heard no response. Just got an email from corporate saying theyd send me a free whopper coupon. Fabulous. Eventually, Laura from this location called me and was very very rude. I was trying to explain the situation and she was continuously talking over me and arguing with me about how my view of the service was. I let her know that I ordered two combos with just mustard and she asked if I had said no cheese no bacon... I said no, just mustard only. She said that if I dont specifically state that I do not want cheese or bacon that it will still come on the sandwich. I let her know that I was very clear about the mustard only and she argued with me saying no, if I were clear they would have come out right. I was also talking about other issues and she continued to talk over me and tell me that I was wrong. I ended up hanging up the phone because I just could not believe how badly she was talking over me and how rude she was being. It definitely was not worth my time to continue the conversation. I would avoid this burger king.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! This has to be the worst BK Ive ever been too. Went there like a week ago and my food was super skimped! I had ordered a chicken sandwich and a BK stacker the chicken was cold and tasted like crap and the stacker had the smallest piece of beef on it and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting out ALL day. Dont forget about the EXTREMELY salty fries that werent even edible! Asked for some ranch with my order and got a little dinky salsa cup not even half filled with ranch for all of my 4 items... Like really is the owner that cheap he cant even afford to give normal ranch packets?? That was the second time! The first time I went there and ate in... NOT better at all. Paid for something that I never got the same skimpy 1 cup of ranch and dont forget to look for the napkins! Look as hard as you want and youll never find them.. You have to ask for them... CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Do yourself a favor and if you want burger king go somewhere else because this place continues to disappoint. Oh Ill post a picture..

Horrible and disgusting place. I hate to say it since its the only one in the area, but it definitely needs to be shut down by the Department of Health. It was bad enough that the lady working the drive-thru could barely speak English but she was trying to rush me which I would get if it wasnt for the fact that I was the only car in line. After getting my order it was completely made wrong and there was a hair in my childs burger. Unacceptable.

I ordered the grilled chicken burger combo. What I got was food poisoning! Dr confirmed! When I tried to call the store to let them know, the manager (who never offered her name) proceeded to tell me how their food is cooked and held. Thats wonderful. Maybe you should adjust those times so people like me can enjoy a meal without having to see a Dr after! I will NOT be visiting this location again!

I was here at 11am, the dining room was spacious and it wasnt crowded. My order was ready before I even figured out how to fill my cup from that fancy soda machine they have. I enjoyed my meal while watching world news on the big screen TV and surfing the web on Burger Kings flawless WiFi connection.
