I ordered a carnitas super burrito and it was tastey. The pork was moist and juicy compliment with refried beans that oozed lardy goodness. The only strange part of the meal was that the burrito had lettuce - perhaps for added green color or "nutrition"? And in case you were wondering, yes my super burrito had guacamole in it - they didnt forget. I made sure to check after reading one of the reviews below. I also tried their posole. This dish was ok, but Ive had better. The pork cuts were on the fatty side and there was a little too much hominy. Dont get me wrong, i really like hominy. But in Mazatlans posole it was like having some soup with my hominy instead of some hominy in my soup. Or maybe my standards are a little high since I grew up in Santa Ana. Service for a Sunday lunch was quite pleasant. Plus, complimentary chips and salsa are always good things

A mi en lo personal no me gustó..... porke cobran y no te dan una copia de lo k estas consumiendo solo te dan el total de la cuenta......y otra cosa k supuestamente.....es marisquería y eso de k te cobren la orden de tostadas aparte, no está bien. cobren más por el cóctel pero k vayan incluidas las tostadas,,,,

The BEST, authentic Mexican food in the area, and it is usually busy. Their signature dish is the most amazing shrimp cocktail. It ran us $18 but it was worth it: huge, lots of big, fresh shrimp in a zesty cocktail sauce with chunks of tomato, celery, cucumber and onions, and served with saltine crackers. It was reminicent of ceviche. So good! We also had the shrimp enchiladas with green chile sauce, which was also good. There were lots of happy families dinning together. Festive atmosphere, a soccer game was on, and also Hispanic music playing. Dinner and drinks, $45.

Really really tasty salsa, way better than youll usually find. Had a delicious chile relleno burrito (not on the menu, but they were happy to oblige). My buddy had carnitas and loved the meat, not so much the tortillas, which seemed to be the Maseca crap that unfortunately reigns supreme among the non discriminating (or those who now have no choice because of the anti-competitive practices of many players) tortilla consumers of the world.

Best Mexican food around. We have lived in the East Bay for 5 years and were still traveling to San Francisco for good mexican food. Now that we found Mazatlan, the commute is over. Very pricey here but the flavor makes up for it. Everything we have ordered is delicious. Great salsas too!

Food was amazing and service was fast. Other than the fact that theres alot of smoke in the restraunt, (the smoke is due to the food cooking) its a great family restraunt. My family loved it. A-ok restraunt.
