I am from out of town and Googled the best mexican food in Vallejo and was utterly disappointed and disgusted for paying attention to the reviews for this location. Food tasted like leftovers from a couple days ago and the horchata tasted like it was made from faucet water. Yuuck!!! Not good at all and pricey, will never eat here again much less recommend it to anyone!!!!

Weve taken friends here twice and both times we had a wonderful culinary experience! It is so much fun to watch your meal being prepared, assembled, and cooked, but most of all its the wonderful flavors that make the meal fabulous! I think the barbecue, which is what they are famous for, is quite OK and includes the usual: ribs, brisket, chicken, link sausages with the usual sides: slaw, potato salad, etc. They have good desserts: individual portions ready for take home.

Its hard to find really good chili rejenos but this place has them made right! Everything we have tried has been excellent. The salsa, the enchilada sauce and the regular ground beef crunchy taco were all outstanding.

This is my favorite authentic mexican food restaurant! They are always on point and the food has always been hot and fresh! Dont judge a book by its cover! It is a small family owned place and we love it!
