The baristas here are nice, but often get sidetracked and focused on the drive-thru service more than the walk-in service. One clear negative of this Starbucks is that the music tends to be pretty loud. Im not one to complain about it, and Ive taken my conference calls outside, but I once overheard a woman (trying to have a conversation with her associate) ask the baristas to turn down the volume... twice. Otherwise, the place is kept clean, there are plenty of outlets, and (as with every Starbucks) free wi-fi. There have been one or two instances where the wi-fi has shut down, but I suppose it cant be helped. Another plus (as far as I can remember) is they are now open for a couple extra hours than they used to - though not as late as the Pinole Vista Shopping Center location.

Nothing really special about the Starbucks but like I said I usually dont have bad experiences when I go places at giving the Social Security office I even went ahead and struck up a conversation so I guess its more how your outlook isnt life and maybe how you actually personally attend yourself Im just not all full of it and dont really care about self entitlement so I can treat people nice and for some reason I always get the best service so you know

Ive came to this starbucks twice and i recieved BAD service.. I am Not too happy with the workers there.. I had to wait for my coffee for half an hr. Once i recieved it all of the caramel from my caramel machiatto was dripping.. like seriously ? this is how u make ur coffee.. And they mest up my sisters order and didnt bother saying sorry. Tip: Get more workers and Be generous to customers

I had a very pleasant time I was able to have a business meeting with no problems. The coffee was goo and the customer service was great. Nice and clean environment music played lowly so we were able to talk with out yelling. Thank you.

A wallhugger-friendly spot to relax, enjoy your beverage, and work or web surf. The store was remodeled a while back to include a community table and counter area with power strips for those looking to charge their electronics.

Love it always come here. Great quality fraps b/c some other Starbucks make them like out of water -.- Most of the time I go through the drive through Im lucky enough to always get an extra drink. Great staff too

Always slower than reasonable & never gets better. Today, one car ahead of me & 7 minutes at drive through waiting for flat white. Drink, however, made correctly unlike some other nearby Starbucks.

I study here all the time. General area + bathroom are clean. It can be quite crowded at times but there are a good number of tables. Overall, its a pleasant place to be.
