This place looks like they open late everyday. Chairs and tables stacked up inside. Garbage can in front of the door. They have a huge pastry rack out every morning blocking the register. Everyone seems pissed that they have a customer. Especially the older male manager, dont know his name but this guy has a really bad attitude. I dont know why this sbucks cant get it together but I hope the district manager or regional manager read this and get this store together. They seem to have changed a lot of the staff and remodeled, however now the staff seems worse and the large female manager is rude, shes walking around telling employees to clean while getting customers food, meanwhile Im standing here for over three minutes without even being acknowledged. Two of the employees Im sure are stone/high on something, one is wearing sunglasses while working. I ordered a hot sandwich and waited for close to 10mins before asking. After i asked they walked around asking each other where it is to have the stoner point to the ledge next to the register where it had been sitting, no one called it out the stoner just layed it there. I dont know what is wrong with this store but corporate really needs to get in here.

I wish I could give it a -ve stars. The worst Starbucks, horrible service. Took 15 mins to get my coffee(yes, coffee not a special drink or latte). No customers ahead of me or behind me. They kept serving drive thru ones and completely forgot my order. When I asked, no apology and I get coffee that is day old probably since it was cold. When I mentioned it is cold, she said wait another 15 mins to brew fresh one. I said I can not and gave the cold coffee back to her. She did not offer any other choice, so I walked away quietly. After getting in the car I realized I did not get the coffee and paid for it and wasted half hour, so went back in to get the money back. I had to explain it to the manager now who could not figure out how to refund the money. Another 10 mins wait to get the money back, what a screwed up mess. I felt horrible, it wasnt about the few dollars, the people who work here are the worst and dont work for the customers, why is it still open. Such locations should be closed or banned.

Incapable of deviating from the menu at the slightest. Couldnt get honey in tea, couldnt get a tea blended because "it was too hard on the blender" sweet cream cold brew was overly bitter even by starbucks standards and tasted like the cream had clotted, one sip and in the trash, Id have complained but couldnt hear over the pop country playing at about 85 dbA. 2 stars because the toilet flushed.

Its a standard Starbucks, but it DOES have a drive through window, which has always been pretty quick. In my opinion, its also the most convenient Starbucks located on 80 if youre heading up to Sacramento or to San Francisco. Also a good pit stop to use the restroom on a long road trip.

Worst experience with the "supervisor". I tried to exchange a tumbler with receipt in hand but was told due to the store not having the color or style of my tumbler she would not be able to return or exchange it. Was told to find a starbucks that did sell such item. Worst service ever.

Lost experienced staff many months ago. Now they cant seem to get the cars through drive through. Went in for a cold bagel....had to wait for it while it made it through the que at the toaster. Theyve lost their edge.

This location is hit and miss. There is only one Barista that gets my order right every time. Some days the line doesnt seem to move and others youre in and out. There is no consistency with beverages or service

This is my usual Starbucks, and I am very satisfied. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly, and Ive never had my order be incorrect. The staff is always friendly, and very good at their jobs.

Ok tasting coffee, but overly sweet even when I asked them to use half the amount. There was a long line resulting in bit of a wait, but the employees were nice and grateful for our patience.

Convenient because of the drive thru. Can be great depending on the barista. Sometimes need the recipe when ordering something not that common (cupcake, cotton candy or Pokemon frappucino)
