The worst starbucks. Terrible staffing in the morning (3 people for rush hour?), lack of line management, and employees just care about their conversations. Be ready to wait for at least 10 minutes for your basic coffee and about a half hour during treat receipt time. Management needs to look at transactions by hour and schedule based on it.

Your basic Starbucks. This one is a little better than average because: two bathrooms instead of the usual one, plenty of free parking, plenty of seating, lots of plugs along the wall, reasonably fast service, big self-service cooler with water, sandwiches etc.

Have to say the staff for the most part are kind however the place is slow The shift supervisor, Janelle is horrible with time management so the wait its super long. And she has poor manners of how she talks to the staff as well as the costumers. Sad really.

Some employees are nice and professional, others believe you are there to please them, not get coffee. More importantly, they dont make the drinks right. Passable if youre in a rush, but dont expect the best Starbucks here.

If you want a strong cold brew make sure to ask for no water and light ice asked us for no water and they packed in extra ice... Also the flies, I question their employees cleanliness.

This is a nice Starbucks. It has lots of tables and plugs for laptops. The WiFi is great. The staff is friendly and fast. It is a cosy place to have coffee and catch up on emails.
