First time trying Dutch Bros, since we dont really have any near where I live in the city. My experience was great at Dutch Bros. During the time, I went the drive thru was a little bit busy, but I was down to wait since I promised myself to try out other coffee places wherever I see one. I ordered the Dutch Freeze since I was dehydrated and craving something cold. Dutch Freeze was delicious with the chocolate and caramel syrup dripping down the side of the inside of the cup!

Its really hit and miss with the employees here. Some of them are extremely nice, and others not so much. Coffee is hit and miss as well. I tried ordering an OG Cookie, and they had to ask me, the customer, how to make it. My friends coffee was terrible four mornings in a row, while mine was mediocre. All in all, the coffee, good or bad, gets the job done. Just a little disappointed considering every other Dutch Bros blows my mind.

My card is being debited from Grants Pass, OR, not Napa, CA. This makes me uncomfortable with using my debit card here. Otherwise great coffee and service. They even have doggie treats for the 4 legged guests.

Great service! Employees always friendly, cheerful, and wanting to know how your day is going. With 4 or 5 cars in the drive-thru, park and use the walk up window. Coffee is served fast and tastes great!
