My Aunt and I shop at the Rialto Shopping Center Staters on Baseline every weekend. We were given a raincheck for a buy on get on free Top Care face lotion. We were shopping there this afternoon and the store manager refused to give us our lotion with the raincheck. The manager said we needed a receipt to prove we got the 1st bottle and we didnt have it. He refused us our lotion. It was a savings of $13, but we were tricked! We will report this to the corporate office on Monday and we will never shop at that Staters again. The manager was rude! Also, how could we have gotten the raincheck if we hadnt have already bought the first bottle?

This store is completely outdated the deli area is old and nasty looking the meat department area tried to upgrade with new meat freezers but the store represents the area in which its located in poor lower economic area of North Rialto this store but still does not offer what Im looking for. I have no problem driving 6 extra miles to their Signature store in N Fontanta to shop were it represent the present and is much classier. Upgrade the store to encourage the area to upgrade by upgrading......

Place was cleaned however the staff lately become unhelpful & rude. The cashiers at times look like the are ready to dip from work and arent really bothering to be helpful or polite. This employee named Stephenie wasnt helpful most likely having a bad day & taking out on the customers dont know what her problem is. Sad to see this place become this way.

Unfortunately its the closest staters, constantly taking back expired packaged products ( actually took up 12 expired Kraft mayonnaise to the register ). This is todays. ( pic attacked ) today is 1/30/17 But besides those who load the shelves the daily staff is a wholesome group that makes you buying old food enjoyable.

I mostly come here for the coin machine every single time I got my ticket to exchange for money they always help me out right then and there so I dont have to wait in a line!
