Produce dept is the worse. Carry lots of old produce. I can complain while Im shopping in the store, that their grapes or their cuties are old and rotten and all they say.like robots..were sorry, did you find everything else ok? Not really giving a thoughtful care. Never fails, I throw out a lot of produce if I am not super careful inspecting potatoe bags etc! Thats a lot of money in the trash. Who can remember to return rotten things back to the store? Not me, too busy...

Thank you so much Stater Bro. I have never had such service from a store. Right from the beginning of my cancer these employees have gone out of their way to make sure I have all the help I need. If I have Bad prouduce, take it back they want to be sure we are happy. Sometimes its hard to remember that the store does have real "people" working there, not actors always smiling and laughing! Thank you so much Stater Brothers!

Very bad customer service!! Employees are gossiping while ringing you up. Meat department guys always look mad and moody. When i buy flap meat i like getting it tenderized and they complain about it! Last time i got my flap meat seasoned and the guy weighed It after seasoning it!!!! I was like really just VERY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS STATERS...

I mostly come here to buy our meats just because they provide the best quality in my opinion. Produce has always been fresh and have great deals on products we usually stock up on which is even better. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
