It gets really crowded near the counter at lunch time. There isnt enough space where people stand in line. You can avoid standing in the line by ordering from your phone. You can also pay by card at a kiosk but you still have to get through the crowd. The soup I ordered was nasty and I had to wait quite a while for them to bring out hot water for tea but the staff was very nice. They gave me a free item to replace my nasty soup and free cookies as well. The salads, sandwhiches etc. are good. Dont order the chicken wonton broth bowl unless you like drinking vinegar because thats what the broth tastes like. I like Panera but definitely will only go to this one at times when they are less busy.

The service was horrible. And my order was only a large coffee. Simple as that. They gave me a cup and only had one coffee ready out of 5 coffees. I went back too the cashier to ask respectively if they are going to brew more coffee. Only to come to see the cashier trying to flirt with my significant other. She said yes they are brewing more coffee. So I patiently waited. And nothing. I asked another employee and she said no they are not brewing coffee after 2pm. What cafe does such a thing? So she said she would brew me some. I havent got any coffee yet. And as I sit here angry, other customers are annoyed by this place.

This is probably the best location in Riverside. There is plenty of parking and seating (unlike the one on central.) The service is fast and the food seems to be slightly better. My girlfriend usually does custom orders for her salad and they get it right almost every time (I come here alot.) And even when they dont, they fix it fast. There are plenty of places to sit and outlets. Its a good place to get schoolwork done!

Im not particularly a fan of Panera to begin with but this place... ugh. Its in an extremely crowded location. They built it where a parking lot used to be so there is even less parking. This place is crowded and then they do weird things like placing the beverage station at the back of the restaurant, right next to the restroom entrance. Yuck. Its also expensive for what you get, though the salads are good.

I was excited to have a panera closer to my house Ive gone to this panera 3 times and all 3 times the service has been horrible I get that its a new location but I feel like you should have got it down by now. This last visit the taste was off as well the soup had a metal after taste and the dressing on my salad was very bland! Dont think I will go back there again! Very disappointed!

I love panera ! I work down the street, so I am always at Panera Bread. The management team is amazing and the store manager very professional and friendly. The associates are so friendly. The place has a great atmosphere and very clean. Shout out to the cook Martin( I was able to get his name)he is always smiling,on-the go ,and he does an amazing job as well for the team.

Quality of food is great and service is quick. Decent place to study if you have physical textbooks, but if you need to plug in a laptop it can be annoying to find an outlet (aka you gotta wait for that one person to finish eating and leave to get that table). The seating nook is comfortable but no outlets there....

i work close by and i come over to this place a list once a week its really affordable and healthy i love it trutly recommend it great customer service sometimes they get busy and take longer to get your order but overall good place to eat

I always order online and pick up my food. Usually ready in 10-15 mins. They have cubbies were u just grab ur order and go. I usually prepay so its in and out quickly. Price is decent and food has always been good

Amazing Panara Bread store located across from the Tyler Galleria. The bagles are awesome, and i love the wide variety of bread and sandwhiches. Very good quality, but a little on the pricy side.
