Leider entspricht diese Filiale in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht dem Standard, den ich von der Kette gewohnt bin. 1. Versuch, 16. August 2015, abends: Das Lokal ist voll, trotzdem müssen wir nur ca. 5 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Der Kellner leiert oberflächlich seinen Spruch runter und hört bei der Bestellung nicht zu. Deshalb vergisst er, uns Wasser zu bringen, vergisst meine Extrabestellung nach Bohnen zum Steak. Die drei Speisen kommen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten (10 Minuten Versatz). Mein Steak war mal warm und geht zurück, das neue ist dann anstatt medium zu durch. Der Kellner kommt nicht mehr, weil er lieber an einem anderen Tisch mit zwei Mädels flirtet. 2. Versuch, 17. August 2015, abends: Heute versuchen wir es in der Bar. Hier macht der Kellner einen etwas kompetenteren Eindruck und die Speisen kommen alle gleichzeitig. Leider ist das Hähnchen meiner Frau im Gericht "Bang Bang Chicken" nicht durchgebraten, sondern innen gläsern und roh. Auch heute können wir nicht gleichzeitig essen. Der Schuppen brummt, deshalb wird man wenig daran interessiert sein, hier irgendetwas zu ändern. Ich gehe nicht mehr hin, wenn ich in Redondo Beach bin. Der Laden ist eine Schande für die Kette.

On Fathers Day 2015, I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I ordered the grilled pork chop and asked for sweet potatoes fries instead of the mashed potatoes with sauteed mushrooms and onions on the side. When the entre came out, it had mashed potatoes on the plate and I told the server that this is not what I ordered. I was asked to accept the plate and that they would get an order of sweet potatoes fries, so I agreed. As I started to eat the pork chop I noticed that the pork chop was dried out after the first couple of bites. So I told the server that the pork chop was dry and disappointing. I was offered another pork chop done right. After twenty minutes or more the server bought out another pork chop and I was told that the chop was taken directly off the grill and brought to me. So again after I cut into the chop, all of the juices flowed out of the chop and the second chop was also dry. So I asked for a manager since it was clear that the staff did not know how to cook and rest a pork chop before serving it. Since I had eaten the sweet potatoes fries, green beans, mushrooms and onions, I asked for an appetizer instead of another pork chop. So my fathers day dinner was a bust and I was was very disappointed with The Cheesecake Factory.

This was the first time that i came to this location and i was pretty excited to know another cheesecake, but instead was my worst experience in a restaurant ever!!! . We first had a waitress which was quite rude, but well it could happen, maybe she had a bad day. Then a waiter came instead replacing her. The bread and the food was pretty bad but again this could happen and i could understand that. The point of break was the waiter dropping 2 glasses full of Ice tea all over me and my wife. But again this could happen to anyone. But at this point some people could think "Well at least they apologized with a cheesecake or a discount on the check". Not at all, they instead charged the entire check. We indeed ate a cheesecake after the incident but they didnt have the courtesy of giving that as an apologized. Our clothe was full of ice tea. They charged the entire check. What a bad service and a lack of courtesy in this cheesecake. Unfortunately my last visit to a cheesecake. Next time i recommend have a little more courtesy with your customers.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. I had the avocado egg rolls a personal go to and my husband had the steak which was perfect. Kids loved their pizza and strawberry lemonade. Word to the wise water the lemonade down it is sooo sweet! But super tasty. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because the womens bathroom was a wreck. I visited the restroom multiple times ( I have a newly potty trained 2 year old )and during the duration of my visit no one addressed the mess. I do know that an employee must have been aware of the situation because they put up a wet floor sign which wasnt there on my first trip but decided to leave the water on the floor. Also I happened to look up at a vent in the bathroom and it was covered in dust. Sorry its the little details that matter guys! Will definitely be back in the future -hopefully to a clean bathroom.

They have valet parking when you arrive. You give your key to valet person and they take care of the parking. We had friends wedding reception on the second floor. It was cozy and beautifully decorated with flowers and glasswares. There was little bar right next to where the food was served. Bartender was very nice and gave all the things that I requested. Food was plenty and freshly cooked. Their food was served like a buffet right next to the seating area. I was very satisfied how prompt the staffs were at serving your need. Also they replenish food so quickly that it looks like it was never touched. There are windows where you can see the ocean and many sailboats. Lighting was plenty and seatings were roomy. Very professional and highly recommend this place if you are having reception or party.

I remember growing up in Colorado and always ending up with my family at the Cheesecake Factory whenever There was a celebration to be had. It was the best place and back then I couldnt find a bad word to say about it. Nowadays its a different story and the words I couldn’t find then are piling up behind me now just waiting to roll. After the lackluster performance here last night I realize why I used to like it so much; the good times with the people I love most made the moment into something magical in my mind...and the Cheesecake Factory Road high in my regard for all these years on after. Until now... Poor service by a one word response waiter that towered above my 6 frame and had a bit of an Eastern bloc swagger to him that rubbed me seven ways from Sunday.

This place is always busy. The lines can be discouraging if you are hungry. We have ended up eating at the bar instead of waiting for a table on numerous occasions. The service has always been good to excellent. The quality of the food is always good and the portions are large. During the day or sunset the view of the marina is nice. At night it is pointless to get a window seat. They have a patio with heaters. It is my first choice when eating lunch on a nice day. I have found the bar service to be lacking on many occasions. Its not a roadhouse. If the bartender sees you they should at least say theyll be with you rather than try not to make eye contact. They only get their cake deliveries once a week on Friday.

Had a wonderful experience visiting this location. We came on a very busy Friday evening right when all local graduations where happening. We arrived and the parking lot was already jammed packed. Had to use valet. Some how we got lucky to get seated within 5 minutes or less. We asked for the patio area overlooking the marina. Our server was great she came to check on use right away and got us drinks very fast. Once we ordered our food, it was delivered to use fast as well and was very delicious. I had the shrimp pasta, i cant remember the actual name of the place but it was very good. Will be coming back again for the great customer service quality!
