The Starbucks here was not as good as a coffee shop as I had assumed. The coffee and pastries were very good; however the service was not good at all. First, the cashier was very impolite and rude. Then, as I was walking out, another employee bumped into me, which is fine, but he got mad at me because my coffee spilled all over the floor. I was overall unimpressed with the service but the food and drink was good.

Although this location has no drive-thu the staff is super friendly and the entire time you are interacting with them they address you by your name. I know is typical of most Starbucks stores to ask for your name but is not often that they treat you and address you in a friendly personal manner. The store is quiet and not crowded at all with plenty of tables to use. I will definitely be coming back again

I had very bad service at this Starbucks . A lady name Brittany, was just so rude to me, like there was a problem that I was ordering a drink. She didnt greet me at all just looked at me . I under stand if shes having a bad day or something but you dont take it out on your customers. Those are the things that pushes customers away from locations like that, I definitely wont be there again!

The employees and manager are what makes this the best STRBX in Redondo Beach. They are professional, courteous, upbeat, fun and they make their regular customers feel very much a part of the store family. To those at the 300 N PCH store, Thank you for being an awesome Starbucks crew!

Ask for charlotte. Shes the best barista I have ever had make me a drink. Shes friendly, funny and all around great. I come in every week now just to say hi to her and I live in Thousand Oaks!
