been here several times because Im stationed for work in the same shopping center, always an annoying experience if its not the rude pm cashier girl with the glasses or the heavy set Samoan cashier who comes and sweeps under your feet while youre eating. The worst thing that happened was they tried to serve me something I didnt order, so I sent it back and they were supposed to make what I ordered. After waiting 10 minutes or more I realize its been a long time to make a burger for a place where it was not busy. I walk over and all the employees and manager are just standing there talking my food not even being prepped, cooked, or ready. Neither of them seemed to care less and offered no apologies whatsoever, they gave me a refund and went back to standing there and talking.

Most Carls will only forget "no ice", but this one did it today... simple order: Famous Star small combo, diet Dr. Pepper, no special sauce and no ice (told her no ice 3 times and had to yell it again while she was dumping ice in). The only thing she got right was Famous Star with no special sauce. She didnt hear: no ice, small combo, and DIET Dr. Pepper. I drove out the drive through frustrated with a regular Dr.Pepper because I had no more patience after she kept awkwardly asking: "You said small combo?? 0.o" "You said no ice?? 0.o". Oh, almost forgot, $2.25 change out of $10.. price= $6.75.. As a waiter myself, I can only ask: who the f hired her?!...I wish I had her name... P.S. date: July 26th 2016, time of order: ~10:40pm

This is the fastest service Carls Jr! From the time I arrived til the time I had my food it must had been about 4 minutes. The guy at the cashier was very funny and fast to take peoples orderes. It made it be enjoyable.

Really slow service took for ever for them to take my order then I ordered coffee and it took them closely to 25 min to give it to me.
