I would majorly like to THANK the employees at the Rancho Santa Margarita store for protecting my purse and putting it in the safe, I am super thankful for such great in employees that really know how to take of there customers! I was freaking out last night and could not remember if I bought my purse with me into wingstop and was thinking the worst like someone stole it but luckily that wasn’t the case so I am beyond grateful for the service that at the rancho store for taking my purse and keeping it safe it means a lot also your food Delicious as well :D so THANK YOU EMPLOYEESS for taking care of my purse!!

Stopped by for lunch in national wing day. I ordered online and used the ASAP delivery time. When I arrived, I paid for the order and though the order was ready about 5-10 minutes later than quoted on the website, the store was obviously quite busy. I ordered the boneless wing combo with Cancun fries which were great and I would highly recommend. The boneless wings were great and I would say better than a Buffalo Wild Wings quality. My biggest complaint is the lack of indoor seating. Seating is only available for about 15 customers and there is some outdoor seating but that is limited as well.

It is probably a bad thing that they know my name but everyone does remember me, they always call me by my name and ALWAYS have my order hot fresh and CORRECT whether I eat in or take it to go. I have never had an order issue. In fact sometimes, and you do not get this at other Wing-Stops or B Dubs, if the boneless wings are on the small side they will throw in an extra couple wings. Great customer service and Great food.

The experience is great if you know what youre asking for. If you want a place to grab wings with friends, or pick them up to take home, and you want a decent variety and decent enough quality -- this place works. The people that work there and nice and helpful. My only gripe is that sometimes itll be quick for some in my party to get their wings while others wait 15 minutes longer for their food.

wings are great, fries are even better. seriously some of the best fries. a lot of options to choose from for the flavor of the wings, I like the Louisiana rub because its not too spicy. the wait is always a little long though, but its totally worth it. not a lot of seating so its good to take it home

Good wings, I had the hot wings, great flavor. They let you split up a 10 wing order and allow you to try to different flavors. Staff is really friendly, nice atmosphere. Limited seating but a great place for takeout wings.

Great wings! Lemon pepper!!! And Louisiana rub are my favorite and you cant go wrong with original hot! This is my local wing stop and I cant get enough of the great wings and they have a cool patio! Wings and beer FTW

Service was terrible, speak English damnit. It takes a special dumb bxtch to review an eating establishment based on how well they cared for your purse when you forgot it there. Very nice Courtney Young, very nice.

Way too much bread to chicken ratio. The place is super cramped. No trashcans, which is odd. Expected a few more flavor options than they had. Okay for a quick wing fix, I guess.

Placed an Oder online pick up at 1230, you think with 30 mins heads up they would have ur Oder done on time but it took and extra 15 minutes
