The kitchen did great, food was good and came out quickly. The hostess, bus boy and cashier were nice, thats the reason I am giving a generous 2. Unfortunately, the service was not as good. My server Rogelio was not polite and he also forgot our drinks. Ive worked in the restaurants & in customer service, so I am clear and polite. I thanked him after placing my order and when he brought things to the table. He didnt say your welcome or thank me once. When I reminded him of my drinks, he brought them but didnt apologize. He did not check on us at anytime of our visit. I expect more from a server. I regret this visit and should have gone to a fast food restaurant, saved the money and received the same or better service. I will no longer go to this location, the drive up to Foothill to the nearby IHOP is worth it. The only reason I left a tip was because I know the bus boys get their share from there and the place was clean.

I came with my family around 10:50 and surprisingly it wasnt that crowded I go and check in they said it would be 20-25 mins to be seated but its 11:30 as of the time and still not being seated. And a bunch of ppl that just came in are already being seated I ask the manager whats going on Ive been waiting for more than 30 mins and all he says well see whats going on and still dont hear them calling us to be seated. This is not worth the wait.

There was a homeless outside of ihop I decide to buy him a meal and it seem like management and waitress as well cashiers where paying for his food when I was.. so sad to see management giving me ugly looks cause I decide to buy this man something to eat. Never going back again

Went to this ihop on foothill and sierra , the costumer service was very polite and great. But the food was rotten and wasnt very well cooked or something that it gave my mother and I food poisoning and we werent very happy this happened.

Generally we get good service when we eat here. And the food is okay. It is usually clean. However we were there once when they decided to bleach their bathrooms before and the smell was a little over powering.

Food was absolutely delicious but the wait time to get seated I was extremely long and the wait time to get served was very long. I was looking to get in and out but that definitely did not have.

The best breakfast in San Fran thus far. The frittata was delicious. Not to mention the bacon was perfectly cooked and the French toast with carmelized bananas was perfect for any sweet tooth!

Clean, but limit the food you get. The plate doesnt even look full. The food is just spreaded to "look full" and when tou order extra its just 1/2 of the ham we should of originally got.
