This is a great place for lunch. I consider this place an oasis since it is virtually the only source of food in this area of Rancho Santa Fe. Their food is pretty good and they have a lot of choices like salads, sandwiches, and Italian. The pizza is pretty good. It is thick crusted cheesy style pizza; it sits under the heat lamp for a while by the time I get there, but if you need something quick and filling, it is a good bet. Otherwise try something the Deli has to make fresh. In addition, they have a great drink selection including beer. The atmosphere is casual and the service is friendly and fast. If you are in Rancho Santa Fe, drop into this deli.

this is an excellent little corner market / deli/ liquor store in an area otherwise lacking of convenience shopping. The wine selection here is great, and I was really impressed by the variety of good quality scotch, whiskey, and other spirits. after a long day I would rather stop her for a bottle of wine than face the big markets 4 miles away!

Great place. Owner and staff are friendly. I get lunch here often and sometimes breakfast. If you get there before 11:45 they have decent salads made fresh about 2 hours earlier in the cold case right inside the door. You can get in grab a salad and eat a leisurely lunch at the tables outside on a lunch break.
