I dont normally write reviews, but have to for Old Town. I couldnt find Amor Mio Tequila ANYWHERE in Los Angeles, but stumbled upon Old Town Liqours website after an aggressive search. I called to see if they could deliver 4 bottles to people in 4 different states. They could - and the customer service was excellent. A month later, I decided to buy another bottle of Amor Mio for my boss. I ordered at 3pm on Tuesday, and it was delivered at 10:30am the next day. I was shocked! Even though it was coming from San Diego to Los Angeles, I didnt expect that standard shipping would have it arrive the next day. Great service, great customer support, great tequila.

I would not recommend this business if you ordering online. I bought a $70 extra aged tequila which was received a week later with a leak of about a 1/3 of its contect. The cork and top were cracked. When I contacted the owner he was very unprofessional quoting that there is always a risk of a leak just as if I would have bought myself and carried it in my travel bag. Weird answer? He also mentioned that it is not an iphone but a bottle of tequila maid in Mexico. Basically no responsibility is taken for a product delivered and with no professional customer service skills!

Replay to Jaques Benum Replay to the guy with the bottle leak complain , our policy clearly show no cover for leak tequila bottles due to all are hand made , and he is super exaggerated , the photo show only wet leak , he never mention how our good service and he just try to take advantage to get FREE product with threaten us with bad review . Who want a customer like this, my opinion!!!

I work close by and i know that it can sometimes take a bit to make a sandwich, but ill even order over the phone and call in ahead and these people frequently make mistakes and mix up my order or even forget to make it. One time i ordered ahead, waited ten minutes, stopped by and 15 min later it was ready. Sandwiches are good but be ready to wait a long time

OK. Awesome. Thanks, Dan! Like 5 million varieties of tequila (okay... really, like 5,000, but its really impressive). Management hooked me up with a spectacular Extra Anejo and a very interesting Reposado that Ill never forget. Great store. If you like Tequila and youre in the area, its a must stop. They ship nationally, as well (I think).

I picked the cheapest shipping price and it came to my door the next day! The packing was impressive. First Saran wrapped, then wrapped in paper, and lastly excessive bubble wrap over the whole bottle. These guys dont mess around. I couldve probably thrown it and the bottle wouldve been fine. OVERALL EXTREMELY IMPRESSED BY THIS SITE.

Great selection of Tequilla and other liquer - also great wine and non-alcoholic drink selection!! The store is family owned and they are very nice. There is a deli inside that has some of the best sandwiches around. They are not open very late but convenietnly located when you get off the highway in old town.

Great sandwiches! But make sure you call in your order if you are on the clock because it can take up to half an hour. But they are very nice in the deli.
