I would like to give 5 stars to the Meat Department at this location! For the third year in a row, I have purchased my Christmas Eve Filet Mignon dinner from Ralphs (34 steaks). Two years in a row I have had exceptional service from the Meat Manager, Tracy. She not only gave me the top Choice meat, she cut it to perfect specifications, and the best competitive price out there...I was also to tickled that she placed a bow on all of my packages of meat to dress up the occasion! Thank you Tracy and your Meat Department group! I will be back to see you soon and definitely you have my business for next Christmas Eve!

Management work their employees like slaves, and you really dont want to know what is in the soup. Because it was stacked with the uncooked chicken, and its probably got some salmonella in there. Employees with the flu coming in because management insists, safety hazards behind every plastic door, and if you knew what happened in the bathroom, you might just throw up. Food selection is fairly good, egg prices are excelent, the frozen swiss cheese pizza is divine, and the produce isnt half bad. AVOID THE MEAT COUNTER AND SERVICE DELI AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. BECAUSE IT MIGHT.

The place is super super clean I dont shop here often and the guy was cool when I couldnt find my Ralphs card he just scanned his and didnt give me a hard time I appreciated that. Also, a friend of mine has worked at a different Ralphs for over 10 years and she takes a lot of pride in her work so I think overall that kind of reflects well on the culture at Kroger / Ralphs.

Were turists from Italy and by Ralphs we found alway very kind staff. In spite of this this Morning Simone refused me the purchase of six beers because my ID card isnt from USA and she wasn t sure of my 32 years old and some of my grey hair.

They have a good selection of beer, wine and liquor. Ill definitely be back as long as they have the four 6-packs for $24 deal and as long as they sell craft beers. One of the nicer Ralphs Ive been too.
