In the normal morning grind in the city of Rancho everyone rushes for their coffee fix. Me, just like everyone else waits in line at the one of the many generic franchise coffee shops. I cant help but think there has to be something better. While in line for my morning coffee I took my phone out and started looking for alternatives. I found Mr. Baker Cafe. The next morning I went to Mr. Baker Cafe instead. It was located across the street from my normal coffee spot. When I go in it is completely empty (no line) and its absolutely stunning inside. Everything was clean, I was greeted with a smile and a huge refrigerated display of what looked like 1,000s of unique pastries. Not being tempted by those deliciously looking treats I ordered my usual. A medium black coffee and a blue berry muffin. It only cost me $4.75 so I wasnt expecting much. I take a sip of their coffee and I am amazed at how different it tastes. Its perfect. I couldnt have made the coffee any better myself. Then I take a bite of their blueberry muffin and to my astonishment.... there are blue berries in my muffin! I couldnt belief it! Most places that sell blueberry muffins dont actually have blueberries in their muffins. Instead they use “blueberry-flavored bits” made of sugar, flour, corn syrup and food coloring. Mr. Baker set a new standard for my taste buds when I bit into that fresh blueberry muffin. I now know what a "blueberry muffin" tastes like. You Mr. Baker... you made my morning. I hope more people discover your unique tastes and I shall return.

The Guy in the back is very disrespectful to his employees, who are all women, but acts friendly to his customers. Ive gone a couple of times where I could hear him yelling at an employee and using "unprofessional language" to say the least and then walk upfront to a customer as if he didnt just verbally abuse a woman. To top it, I was there when a man walked in and yelled and treated that guy the same way he had been treating his employees and I just laughed and left the place without making a purchase. Dont bother with this place. The food looks good but is decent at best and the "man" in charge is a womanizer. Find the other bakers dozen of bakeries in the area.

This place has terrible service! I wouldnt be surprised if they go out of business because of it. After standing there patiently waiting (long time) they started helping another customer and I mentioned it to whom I believe was a supervisor, and she was soooo rude! She said "Get in line" really? I was there with one other person and know theres like 6 people there. I must have superpowers like being invisible? I decided to leave after being humiliated, and she had the nerve to say "Have a nice day" like a sarcastic "BIT*H"!!

I ordered a safari custom cake for my baby shower, big mistake! It was sloppy, the safari animals werent even on the cake like I asked for and the size was way smaller than what I asked for, I wasted $160 on that mess, stater bros decorates their cakes better and you get what you pay for. The cake was so dry I felt like I was eating rubber. Very dissapointed. The chef claimed whatever cake picture we show him, he can do it exactly like it, that was a joke! I highly recommended you dont get your custom cake or any cake here.

Delicious and lovely cakes and desserts but I was unfortunately disappointed with an order I placed. I asked for the cake to have "congratulations" written and the person who took the order wrote "congrats" I asked her to change it to "congratulations" if it would fit and she says yes and she did correct it on the paper. I then picked up the cake today and it says "congrats." Very disappointed that such a simple request could not be fulfilled. As I was pressed for time I just took the cake as it was.

German Chocolate cake was "alright" Their chocolate "butter cream" really just taste mostly like butter, not very sweet I didnt taste much chocolate either. The cake portion was moist, I didnt like the fact that there were big pieces of walnut in the filling either. Their customer service SUCKS, no one spoke when I walked in the only time I was addressed was when the girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything (after being in there for 7 minutes) I wont be back .

Yesterday my family and I went out to lunch to celebrate Easter. After lunch we wanted some dessert so we went to Mr. Bakers. Not only is their dessert delicious the service was excellent. The owner was very hospitable and made our visit so much fun and memorable. We are definitely going back and will tell others about this place. Great job Mr. Baker! My family loved you! :)

I seriously can not comprehend the comments about the rude customer service. Everyone at Mr Bakers have been nothing but beyond helpful and extremely friendly. This is my go to place in the IE for pastries and it helps they have exceptional customer service.

Always delicious treats from here! Their pastries are creative, they look good, and taste great. My friends celebrated my birthday recently by getting me a Cappuccino cake from here, and it was honestly one of the tastiest cakes Ive ever had.

They advertised buttercream icing on most of their cupcakes but I dont know what that mess was I just ate but it was not buttercream icing. The cupcake itself was decent but I didnt care for their interpretation of buttercream.

Thenstaff is very kind and then bakery has a variety of sweets to fulfill your sweet tooth. The bakery also has some gluten free options. Modern, clean, great prices and a gem in the inland empire

We love to go there for the chocolate and almond croissants. Its very nice and welcoming, great for families. Make sure to get there early some of the pastries run out fast!
