The only thing - in my eyes - keeping this Panera from receiving 5/5 stars, is how poorly Ive seen management treat staff on 3 separate occasions! Ill remain politically correct & not list off names/specific persons, but its was almost awkward this last visit for me after over-hearing a spat between a manager & an employee. My personal opinion is positivity, is the only way to manage a crew. & The rare occasion that a Stern talking-to may be necessary- should never be done where a customer, or even another employee is within earshot. Also-ran duty their busy hours, wifi bandwidth gets pretty maxed out. Dont plan on a speedy online experience if its during busy hours (ie. lunch & dinner)

Horrible experience, ordered a panini, was far from good, wanted to ask for my money back instantly after first bite. The panini I order came with an additional loaf of bread. This loaf of bread was hard, tough to chew and very tasteless. Will never go back.

My Caesar salad tasted like they gave me yesterdays lettuce. It was full of wilted lettuce. The bread was good that came with the salad. Very disappointed. Oh well, live and learn. My husbands Greek salad wasnt any better.....
