Decided to stop in for a cake for my husbands birthday, we walked in at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before closing.This was my first time in a Nothing Bundt Cakes Shop, I thought I would give them a try. Conciencious of the time, I went directly to the counter and asked what the options were for a cake to go. One of the girls abruptly said, "Only these are available and we cant decorate one!" I didnt argue, she made it so clear there was no decorating. We purchased a Lemon Cake from the refrigerator and some candles and were on our way. Wasnt until my drive home I really though about how unreasonable that was. Having a business myself, I would never want a customer cut off and rushed out that way. What would it have taken to ask what we would like or offer something quick and simple to top the cake. I had noticed the pre made decorations right behind the register, How much time would it really have taken to put one of the birthday decorations on the darn cake. Hopefully the owner will address this sort of attitude. This is often a problem when owners arent present and it sadly hurts the business. I will say the cake was good, but we will not be back. This type of service is unacceptable. No matter how good a product may be, no one wants rude service!

There was a lady who walked in literally 10 min before closing time (no shame there, because I got there 10 min before closing time as well), demanded that they decorate the cake she wants to buy. Me and another guy who was in the store stared at each other because the lady started yelling, saying how unreasonable it was that there are so many people but wont take the time to stick some flower into the cake to decorate it. (I bought a cake but didnt need any decorating, I just bought the cake and left afterward) The store girl politely explained that they have so much orders that people in the back are busy taking care of that and the lady was furious, walked out the store saying how she wont shop here anymore. People are just doing their job, following the rules of the store so stop expecting them to make a special exception for you... The cake is delicious and they are very polite people. Thats good enough.

I used to live within walking distance of this place but didnt have a chance to visit until recently when I was in the area to pick up my mail. I noticed their BOGO offer on Facebook and took them up on it. It was for a buy one, get one free bundtlet. Usually these are about $4-5 so it was cool to get one for free. I was greeted as soon as I entered and offered a sample of the white chocolate raspberry while I waited to be served. This is my favorite bundt cake and I took home one for myself as well as their chocolate, chocolate chip. I have yet to be disappointed by a flavor that they make. I even like their lemon even though Im not a big fan of anything lemon. If youre looking to fulfill your sweet tooth craving, check them out. They have a variety of sizes and I recommend eating the cakes at room temperature. They dont taste as good right out of the store since they keep them pretty cold.

Amazing, perfect bundt cakes for every occasion! Theyre my absolute favorite, and I expect to have at least one bundt cake from here on my birthday. Totally worth it! Super moist cake, and the best icing Ive ever had! This location is very cute on the inside too. They usually have a bunch of little things for every occasion like balloons, cards, mugs, home decor, and stuff like that. They also run a few promotions throughout the year. Watch for their buy 1 get 1 bundlet promo. Friendly and efficient customer service. No seats or tables anywhere near here, so prepare to take it home or to go.

Horrible customer service, good cakes. I just called on a Friday before 2 oclock to order a cake for delivery on Sunday. I was told I missed their "cut off". No other alternatives were offered to me except that I could drive in from out of state and deliver it myself. Rude! Ive had cakes delivered from here in the past but no more.
