I ate here a few months back and the pizza was not good. I thought maybe they were having a bad day. So last night I came in to buy a large pepperoni for my siblings and I and it was horrible, we couldnt even finish it. It had too much sauce and barely any cheese and was just stale. So I called in and told them that the pizza was horrible and they offered a new pizza. I refused a new pizza because I wanted my money back because it has not been 24 hours. The guy refused a refund so i kindly asked to speak to the manager. So the manager Gladys got on the phone BEING EXTREMELY RUDE and MEAN!! SHE WAS LOUD, SHE WOULDNT LET ME SPEAK AND SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME LIKE I WAS A CHILD. I felt confused so I hung up and called the customer service line, who were really helpful and explained to me that they would get back to me in a few days with answers. The manager here name is Gladys and she is very rude to customers. She speaks with attitude and she is NOT helpful at all. I will never step back into this horrible pizza hut again, especially if RUDE gladys is in charge! Learn customer service!

Order was spot on and delivery was 10 minutes ahead of estimated time. Pizza was hot. Delivery driver was courteous. I am not from around here and have ordered from many pizza huts across the country and have had some bad ones but other than I can figure is the age of previous reviews and different staff since then, theres no reason for me to leave a negative rating and cant see why any one else would unless you are rude to the staff from the get go. I would even give crap service if I worked there if treated rudely.

I was actually told by a young lady named Michelle that they would not deliver to the hotel Im staying at because it is our policy that this hotel is not safe for them to deliver to which I understand totally but the way she made it sound was completely racist and when I asked to speak to the manager she placed me on hold and never returned I wonder how their corporate office is going to feel about it when I contact them

Called in an order of three pizzas and drove to pick them up. Got to this Pizza Hut and there was no record of the call being placed and we had no order. We even verifed the phonè number of the store with them, however, there was no receipt or anyone that remembered spesking to us.They really didnt want to do anything to help the situation ot offer any solutions. My father and I left and spent our money elsewhere.

Bad service!!! The manager is in the front makes us wait plus takes a personal call to talk to his buddys and tell me if I need help to ring the bell so someone could help us.. Really? U r right there, I guess talking on ur cell phone is more important than doing ur job...such good management

Best way to get your pizza quick... order online. Pizza is ready at the time that is indicated and hassle free. Only bad part extra charge for chesse. Dominos doesnt charge....yet

I always have problems with this location. Pizza has very little toppings. They forget items thats you ordered. The items on the deal list cost more then other pizza huts.

I mean the food and the service is ok not the best but I think I found out that its a bit more expensive to order delivery here than it is in other Pizza huts.

Sometimes when you order online and have set an order time, they make it a bit too advance, causing the pizza to be cold by pickup time.

Great. They usually have my pizza ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Delivery is 45 minutes so I dont bother.
