We have been customers for years but I recently had a very negative customer service experience that I felt I must share. We ordered food and it took over 2.5 HOURS to arrive. After multiple phone calls and multiple "stories" the food arrived, and it was good as usual. Because we have been happy with them for years I was willing to let it go and chalk it up to a bad night. However, the next day I called to discuss the situation with a manager. I was told there was no manager and I had to speak to "Eric" the owner. I have left a message for FIVE days straight and have had no response other than LAUGHTER by the person taking the message (the same woman who took my order and gave me the multiple stories, which the driver contradicted. I explained that if I did not receive a call back I would be submitting a negative review to as many sites as I could. She said Eric had my message. Obviously he does not care. He has lost a customer of 10+ years. I hope he is happy.

went there to get a take out, waited at the cash register for over 5 minutes no help. i had to go ask for help. then asked if they have dinners to feed one. was told i had to order by the box and they have know dinner plates and lunch ended 30 minutes ago. so for a dinner for one was 40.00. PASS! wont go back they did not to have me as a customer or the experience would have been different

A Chinese restaurant near the airport that has prompt service and reasonably good food and its about 11 minutes away from the terminals so if you want to grab a snack immediately its a good place to go and its open till 11 at night so Ive come in on some late flights and use this place and been reasonably happy with my lunch or dinner and I do like their potstickers

We as a family have been going there for many years. I can truly say we have never had a bad meal. Its our go to place for family celebrations. We recently tried the Green beans in Garlic sauce, its become one of our favorite dishes. I highly recommend it too everyryone who wants great food and service. My only complaint is that they are closed on Saturdays

The best value and great tasting Chinese food you can get on the west side of town. If you want consistent good taste and inexpensive dishes at lunch, you cant go wrong with this place. A group from our office goes there at least once a month. $9 out the door for lunch is nowhere to be found around here.

Fast Chinese food...we were in and out pretty quick. I dont think they have changed the decor in the 25 years they have been open, but I didnt expect it to be a swanky place. We had Curry Shrimp, Tangerine Chicken, and Chicken Lo Mein. All tasted OK. Definitely, family-sized servings.

Consistently lacking flavor and employees give off a strange vibe. The brown sauce is bland portions are ok hot and sour soup ok but no crackers or crunchy noodles to add to it. Waiter got my requests wrong and my veggie deluxe was nothing more than a pile of broccoli.

Nothing fancy here but solid yummy Chinese food! Hot and Sour soup had that classic pungent spicy taste. Scallops in Hot Garlic Sauce tasted fresh and zesty, and the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce had a variety of good tastes and felt hearty. Great lunch special prices.

Our family and friends have gone here for years. Service is great and friendly. Food is served promptly. Price is excellent. Atmosphere is kick back. Love eating there and when I cant we have it delivered. Believe me this is a place to eat.
