We went here at my daughters request for her birthday dinner this year. We arrived around 6:30pm on a Tuesday and were seated right away (although I know they can get pretty busy at times.) We loved the salad! Lots of veggies.. red onions, olives, tomatoes, pepperochini and more dressed with a delicious italian vinegrette. It was all you can eat too! Breadsticks were just ok in my opinion, tasted like something out of a can and brushed with butter then sprinkled with garlic Salt. The pasta was super yummy though! Tried this new garlic Asiago sauce..oh my! Not good for the waistline, but a nice treat for sure! Portion size is large. We always end up with leftovers. The best part of our evening was the service. Our server was amazing! She was so attentive and friendly and went through extra mile to make this a wonderful meal for my daughters special day. They sang happy birthday to her at the end and brought out a cute little mousse dessert for her. Is it mind blowing Italian food? No. However it is a great place to take the family.

I was a bit disappointed with the furnitures. The chairs back rest were soiled. It was very unsanitary looking. I wondered the whole time how the restaurant are able to operate with they current condition. I could not stop looking. I wondered about the chair I sat in, how the back of it looked, how soiled it is, I thought. My husband said he asked for a booth but we were thrown in the back, first time there so dont really know if they have this type of sitting. A family was seated really close, just behind us and could hear their conversation, even they ordered same as ours. I thought was a privacy. Somehow people always wants to copy us! I was not sure if we were supposed to have given the free salad, though we were the free breadsticks. The service was okay nothing special, came back and checked with us. I was reading some of the reviews and agreed on them as far as the prices...not worth it. Where can one go nowadays where service and food are top notches?

My daughters took me for lunch on 8/13/10 for my birthday. The service was not bad the food was okay when we were done I ordered a dinner to go what a nightmare the order was Lasagna Rollata al Forno, it was very dry it looks and tasted like it was over heated in the microwave we also ordered smoked mozzarella fonduta we got the cheese but not the bread the only good thing was the black tie mousse which Im pretty sure they buy them frozen. When I called to complaint with one of the managers all what he said was oh thats not acceptable. I was not asking for anything free I just wanted to let him know what a bad service they have, I think the whole restaurant should take a course on how to manage a restaurant. Very disappointed.

I always like some good Italian-American food, and Olive Garden is one of those reliable chain restaurants that delivers what it promises: good food. The decor in this location is decent, but a few things are starting to look a little worn. Hopefully some upgrades are in the works. Service has always been very good for me, rarely having to wait very long for food, drinks or refills. But the best part of OG is the food. For a chain restaurant, its quite good, and there are plenty of items on the menu that I like. Given that Im a picky eater, thats good. Its a great place for a family meal, and decent enough to bring a date for a casual meal.

Food was good but the host was rude. When we walked up she asked "just two?" We replied "yes" and she said "give me a minute." Not very customer friendly and they were not busy. Our waitress was nice but left us for too long once we were done with our meal. She finally dropped off our check and to go box after I caught her walking passed us and told us she would be back to box it up. After a few minutes we boxes it up ourselves. When she came back with our card she didnt even bring Andes chocolates. What Olive Garden doesnt give Andes?!

This restaurant has gone downhill since the previous dining experience one year ago. I asked for a Caesar salad and antipasto. They served us a regular dinner salad and placed the "antipasto" on top of the salad. We were in the middle of dining while the server placed the bill on the table without even brothering to ask if we wanted dessert or another plate. The only decent aspect of this forgettable meal was the Coppola cabernet. What they called antipasto was a mix of ordinary cheese and what tasted like cold cuts.

Im an unabashed food snob, and I only came here because it was a family members choice for a birthday dinner. I left pleasantly surprised. No, nothing here is organic or artisanal, but its still really good food for a decent price. Not snobby, very friendly, hospitable! And one perk of it being a chain restaurant, for me, was that all calorie counts were right there on the menu - and theyve added some healthier options since I last ate here a couple years ago. Overall, a really good experience.

Your staff most excellent. But i was so let down when my favorite meal was no longer available. I will not ever be dining at Olive Garden because of this. BRAISED BEEF AND TORTELLINI. Thanks for a terrible night. The beef gorganzila didnt even compare. I know Im a little fish in a big pond but I wont be dining at Olive Garden anytime in the near future. Bad enough you took out the Seafood Portifino my husbands favorite, why should I go now if my favorite is no longer served. Have a good life.

Used to be a good place to get an inexpensive meal, good service, and better than average restaurant Italian food. No longer true. Service was slow. Environment was very noisy. Food was late arriving and cold. Prices are way above what they used to be as if you are eating in an exclusive restaurant instead of a fast food joint. Will not be patronizing anytime soon. However, wait staff were polite and accommodating. Nice but does not make up for the problems.

The food is always great at Olive Garden I cant lie. The customer service is another ball game. We were the only black people in the area we sat. We ordered our food and then some wine. When we said we wanted to order some wine she made a face as if she was surprised we could do so. After serving her with the same treatment I was receiving the tone changed by the end of our dinner. Other than customer service the food is amazing.

Taking advantage of the three entrees for $15, I enjoyed the ambience, attentive wait staff, and delicious meal. The salad came in a huge bowl and there were unlimited bread sticks. My meal was almost perfect. Room for improvement: I wasnt all that impressed with the berry custard dessert. It reminded me of flan, but flan tastes much better and has a better texture and consistency. Overall four stars.

6/25/14 Very poor service. Waited much too long and there were very few customers. The staff could care less. 3 PM is not rush hour. There was only one other table occupied in our section with a lady and 2 children. If the whole idea is to make us wait for long periods of time ignored, they were successful. I drove home angry. The food was good but we will never waste our time there ever again.
